Item Improvement Quality of Preparation Specialists in Area of Mathematical Modeling(НМетАУ, Дніпро, 2021) Yasev, Aleksandr GeorgievichENG: Improvement quality of preparation specialists in area of mathematical modeling is an actual problem in education students (especially applied) and non mathematical specialties. For solving this problem must be used system and successive exposition of maintenance of the stages of building model with obligatory demonstration of there intercommunications. Each stage of modeling makes some part of quality of model. Most difficult stage is idealization of original, because in this case the most important properties of original must be distinguished and the experimental samples of output of variables of original and calculation samples of model are got.. Main attention it must be spared to estimation of adequacy original and model with the help of famous nonparametric criteria such as criterion Wilcoxon and special criterion for small samples. Last part of modeling usually is optimization parameters of original. Methodology of study, that provides a receipt of the deeper and complete understanding of essence of mathematical modeling of technical objects is offered. Positive results are achieved by using method which is proposed. System exposition of material and accent on research and proof adequacy of model allow to attain the deeper and complete understanding of essence of mathematical design of technical objects and promote efficiency of preparation of specialists in area of the applied mathematical modeling.Item New Approach for the Step-up Converter Efficiency Increasing(НМетАУ, Дніпро, 2021) Guda, Anton I.; Zimoglyad, Andrey Yu.ENG: This paper is devoted to the problem of efficient power conversion technologies creation. The main article objectives are: provide a simple method for the step-up converter energy efficiency improvement, without usage of the bleeding-edge components, explore the characteristics the proposed method and schematic properties, and to establish the bounds of the applicability for the proposed solution. In this paper an another approach is proposed. In the initial state, input voltage is used for the gate driver powering. After the start-up, when output voltage become greater, than the input one, it become the source for the driver. Schottky diodes may be used as a switch between input and output schematic branches for driver powering. Experimental unit to test new approach was created. It is base on IC MC34063A, TC4420, MOSFET IRFP3205 and other components. A series of experiments was held to determine new approach properties. Comparison with classic step-up method reveals difference between approach. Experiments shows, that in the case of high load, classic schematic fails to stabilize output voltage some earlier, than proposed method. In the same conditions power efficiency may be higher up to 15 %. On the other hand, due to increasing power loss in control circuit this method has slightly lesser efficiency in the case low load.Numerical estimation of new approach properties, along with experimental results provides background for correct approach selection. Some discrepancies between theory and experiments requires further investigation. Proposed approach really provides better power efficiency in the case of high load, but using this approach on lower loads may be useless due to control power rising. Precise working range can not be determined only by calculations, experiments are required.Item Вдосконалення методики і розробка програмного забезпечення розрахунку маршрутів виробництва труб безоправочним волочінням з урахуванням точності(Національна металургійна академія України, Дніпро, 2021) Соловйова, Інна Анатоліївна; Николаєнко, Юлія МиколаївнаUKR: Наведено приклади дослідження прогнозування різностінності і визначення товщини стінки заготовки для отримання труби певного розміру, що сприяє підвищенню точності труб з вуглецевих марок сталей при проектуванні маршрутів виробництва. Виконаний кореляційно-регресійний аналіз, визначені фактори, що впливають на зміну різностінності і побудовані регресійні моделі. Результати аналізу доповнили програмне забезпечення визначення розмірів заготовки при проектуванні маршрутів волочіння вуглецевих холоднодеформованих труб безоправочним волочінням.Item Модернізація лабораторного прокатного стана 150 для формування у студентів навичок дослідження об'єкта автоматизації(НМетАУ, Дніпро, 2021) Зінченко, Михайло Дмитрович; Потап, Олег Юхимович; Рибальченко, Марія Олександрівна; Маначин, Іван ОлександровичUKR: Дослідження роботи автоматизованих систем управління з застосуванням компьютерів в значної мірі дозволяє скоротіти час, але не дає повного представлення роботи системи на реальному об’екті. Тому застосування реальних об’єктів для дослідження систем управління в навчальному процесі є доцільним і корисним. Метою дослідження є модернізація лабораторного прокатного стана 150, призначеного для про-катки свинцю, олова та пластиліну, і оснащення його датчиками і виконавчими механізмами. В роботі виконано заміну ручного натискного пристрою прокатної кліті автоматизованим, для чого додатково встановлений черв’ячний редуктор, що дозволило збільшити загальне передатне число до 94,5. Переміщення натискних гвинтів здійснюється від двигуна змінного струму, який управляється за допомогою панелі оператору DOP-103BQ і частотного перетворювача MS-300 з вбудованим ПЛК. Як датчик переміщення застосували фотоімпульсний датчик ПДФ-3. Встановлене обладнання та розроблене програмне забезпечення для панелі оператора і ПЛК забезпечилі високу точність встановлення натискних гвинтів в задане положення. Додаткове було розроблено програмне забезпечення для вимірювання енергосилових параметрів процеса прокатки: сили прокатки і електричних параметрів двигуна постійного струму привода прокатної кліті. Вимірюівання енергосилових параметрів і розмірів прокату до и після прокатки дозволило визначити жорсткисть кліті і прокату, що необхідно для розрахування коефіцієнтів передачи автоматизованої системи настройки прокатної кліті.
