dc.description.abstractUKR: Кваліфікаційна робота складається з пояснювальної записки та графічної частини. Пояснювальна записка складається з трьох розділів на 78 сторінках, налічує 10 ілюстрацій, 10 таблиць та 11 літературних джерел. Об’єктом дослідження у роботі є процес технічного переоснащення цеху ПР-3 та ремонту дизелів тепловозів депо ім. Т. Шевченко. Метою роботи е аналіз якісних і кількісних показників роботи депо та поліпшення показників ремонту за рахунок технічного переоснащення тепловозоремонтного виробництва. Проаналізовано технічний стан локомотивів депо та запропоновано певні заходи щодо технічного переоснащення цеху ПР-3, а саме позицію ремонту колісно-моторних блоків, лазерний вимірювач блоків дизелів СКБД-3 та прес для тарирування пружин візків локомотивів. Для підвищення якості ремонту дизеля та зниження часу ремонту на основі детальних розрахунків запропонований кантувач. Виконано перевірочний розрахунок пересувної рами кантувача на згин, розрахунок привода кантувача (визначено зусилля, що діють на привод, виконано кінематичні розрахунки, розрахунок тихохідної та швидкохідної передач з підбиранням матеріалу, виконані теплові розрахунки, перевірочні розрахунки шпонкових з’єднань, з’єднувальних муфт, хвостовика вала кантувача на зріз, фіксатора положення рухомої рами). Результати роботи можуть бути застосовані в роботі локомотивних депо.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: Qualification work consists of an explanatory note and a graphic part. The explanatory note consists of three sections of 78 pages, has 10 illustrations, 10 tables and 11 references. The object of research is the process of technical re-equipment of the shop PR-3 and repair of diesel locomotives depot. T. Shevchenko. The purpose of the work is to analyze the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the depot and improve repair performance through technical re-equipment of locomotive repair production. The technical condition of the depot locomotives was analyzed and certain measures were proposed for technical re-equipment of the PR-3 shop, namely the position of repair of wheel-motor units, laser meter of DBMS-3 diesel units and press for calibration of locomotive trolley springs. To improve the quality of diesel repair and reduce repair time based on detailed calculations, a tilter is proposed. The test calculation of the mobile frame of the tilter for bending, the calculation of the tilter drive (determined the forces acting on the drive, performed kinematic calculations, the calculation of low-speed and high-speed gears with material selection, performed thermal calculations, test calculations of keyways, couplings, shank of the shaft of the tilter on the cut, the locking position of the movable frame). The results of the work can be used in the work of locomotive depots.en
