Preconditions for Optimizing Costs of Logistics Operator when Delivering Special Categories of Cargoes
(EDP Sciences - Web of Conferences, France, 2024) Abdurazzokov, Umidulla; Vasylenko, Igor; Pron, Svitlana; Borets, Iryna; Valko, Alla; Ozerova, Olha
ENG: Activities of logistics operators in providing global supply chains are becoming increasingly relevant, theoretically and practically significant. The purpose of the study was to determine the types of costs of a logistics operator in the delivery of special categories of cargoes and to identify the preconditions for their optimization. In solving the tasks, the authors used the abstract-logical method, methods of generalization, system and statistical analysis, and expert assessments. A critical analysis of scientific researches on the development of Industry 4.0 and the formation of a logistics operator 4.0, the multimodal interaction features, the development of various logistics systems on certain modes of transport and in cities was carried out. The main results of the study were to determine the principles of emergence, structuring and establishing ways to optimize the delivery cost of various categories of special cargo. The results of the study will be relevant for logistics operators, airlines, airports, freight forwarders, and other participants of transport and logistics markets, as well as scholars.

Modelling for Determining the Adaptive Potential of Air Carriers as Participants in the Process of Creating a Tourist Product
(EDP Sciences, 2023) Lytvynenko, Sergiy; Voitsehovskiy, Viktor; Hryhorak, Mariia; Gabrielova, Tetiana; Lytvynenko, L.; Ozerova, Olha
ENG: The study is devoted to the adaptation capacity management of enterprises in the service sector. To determine the adaptation capacity of the air carrier, as an actor with a significant impact on the global tourism market, a mathematical model was proposed, which is characterized by constant variables. The model is based on the criterion of optimality of the discounted financial result of the air carrier for the entire period of modeling with restrictions on financial capabilities, demand on air lines, including the tourism, the number of flights and flight hours of planes, as well as general balance restrictions.

Cargo Delivery Management in Global Supply Chains under Sustainable Development Conditions
(EDP Sciences, France, 2023) Lytvynenko, Sergiy; Voitsehovskiy, Viktor; Hryhorak, Mariia; Vasylenko, Igor; Ozerova, Olha; Gabrielova, Tetiana
ENG: The article aims to propose new approaches to cargo delivery management in global supply chains in the context of sustainable development. Recently, this issue gaining in importance and needs to be addressed, as international supply chains are becoming more complex, the range of transported goods is increasing, the requirements of the cargo clientele and the reliability of delivery in general are significantly increasing. Within the framework of the study, a critical analysis of scientific sources on cargo delivery technologies, the functioning of transport systems, the formation of global supply chains was carried out. The empirical research is based on the use of methods of systematization, deduction, expert assessments, statistical analysis — in the classification of cargo flows. Methods of statistical observation, correlation and regression analysis, mathematical modeling and optimization were used in the management of airline cargo flows and determining organizational-technological principles of interaction between participants in global supply chains. Scientific and practical recommendations for managing the cargo delivery technology in global supply chains are provided, which ensured the interests of all participants and allowed to unify this process in general.

Factors Influencing the Modelling of Transport Flow Dynamics in Cities
(«Prof. Marin Drinov» Academic Publishing House, Sofia, Bulgaria, 2022) Ozerova, Olha; Lytvynenko, Sergiy; Sushchenko, Roman; Zapara, Yaroslav; Ovchar, Petro; Lavrushchenko, Yuliana
ENG: The article defines the regularities in the influence on the traffic flows dynamics in cities using mathematical modelling, taking into account the historical features of this process, as well as the most relevant issues. In the queuing theory obstruction of free movement is considered a service, and the duration caused by this delay is called service duration, which is not applicable to the delay of transport at intersections. By means of mathematical modelling, the dependence of the influence of increasing the congestion degree on the increase in vehicle delays was determined. Results of studying transport flow characteristics in large cities should be considered when determining loading of urban passenger vehicles and calculating duration of delivering passengers to their destination. Application of the proposed mathematical model will help to reduce the probability of traffic congestion in the urban transport network of large cities, providing high-quality public transport services to clients.
