Вісник становить інтерес для працівників науково-дослідних організацій, викладачів вищих навчальних закладів, докторантів, аспірантів, магістрантів та інженерно-технічних працівників.Item Intelligent Routing in the Network of Information and Telecommunication System of Railway Transport(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Pakhomova, Victoria M.; Skaballanovich, Tetiana I.; Bondareva, Valentyna S.ENG: Purpose. At the present stage, the strategy of informatization of railway transport of Ukraine envisages the tran-sition to a three-level management structure with the creation of a single information space, therefore one of the key tasks remains the organization of routing in the network of information and telecommunication system (ITS) of railway transport. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to develop a method for determining the routes in the network of information and telecommunication system of railway transport at the trunk level using neural network technology. Methodology. In order to determine the routes in the network of the information and telecommunica-tion system of railway transport, which at present is working based on the technologies of the Ethernet family, one should create a neural model 21-1-45-21, to the input of which an array of delays on routers is supplied; as a result vector – build tags of communication channels to the routes. Findings. The optimal variant is the neural network of configuration 21-1-45-21 with a sigmoid activation function in a hidden layer and a linear activation function in the resulting layer, which is trained according to the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. The most quickly the neural net-work is being trained in the samples of different lengths, it is less susceptible to retraining, reaches the value of the mean square error of 0.2, and in the control sample determines the optimal path with a probability of 0.9, while the length of the training sample of 100 examples is sufficient. Originality. There were constructed the dependencies of mean square error and training time (number of epochs) of the neural network on the number of hidden neurons ac-cording to different learning algorithms: Levenberg-Marquardt; Bayesian Regularization; Scaled Conjugate Gradi-ent on samples of different lengths. Practical value. The use of a multilayered neural model, to the entry of which the delay values of routers are supplied, will make it possible to determine the corresponding routes of transmission of control messages (minimum value graph) in the network of information and telecommunication system of railway transport at the trunk level in the real time.Item Minimization of the Chemical Pollution Level at the Working Zones in Open Areas Using Screens(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Biliaiev, Mykola M.; Rusakova, Tetiana I.; Shynkarenko, Viktor I.ENG: Purpose. The scientific work aims to develop a new method for assessing the level of chemical air pollution in working zones located in open areas near highways using screens of different heights. Methodology. The analytical method for calculating the airflow velocity field near protective screens is based on the mathematical apparatus of the theory of complex variable functions, which allows obtaining the value of the velocity potential and the flow function, to calculate the velocity value at any point of the plane with a screen of different height. The obtained velocity field is used to calculate the level of carbon monoxide concentration in the numerical solution of the two-dimensional mass transfer equation. Findings. The developed program of numerical calculation allows conducting computational experiments on the effectiveness of the use of protective screens, taking into account changes in their geometry and meteorological conditions. The developed method based on the obtained concentration field makes it possible to carry out an assessment of the risk of chronic intoxication for the employees of the take-out trade, who are within the zone of the emission source (highway) for a long time. Originality. The regularities of changes in the concentration of carbon monoxide are established depending on the distance to the emission source at a height of 2 m from the ground in the presence of a screen of a certain height and in its absence. A risk assessment of chronic carbon monoxide intoxication has been carried out for take-out trade workers near the highway. It is shown that the presence of the screen reduces the risk of chronic CO intoxication by 10% as compared to its absence. Increasing the screen height to 1.8 m reduces the risk of chronic intoxication by 6% relatively to the situation when the screen height is 1.2 m. Practical value. The developed numerical-analytical method for calculating the level of chemical pollution in working zones in open areas and the program «Screen» created on its basis allow us to carry out a prompt forecast of atmospheric air pollution level with carbon monoxide taking into account the effectiveness of the screens. Quantitative results are necessary at the planning stage of trading places near highways, during the architectural-planned reorganization of adjacent developments.Item Rational Design of Short-Span Industrial Building Roof for Reconstruction Conditions(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Kruhlikova, Nadija G.; Bannikov, Dmytro O.EN: Purpose. Recently, the demand for reuse of industrial buildings that have not been in operation for some time has been increasing in Ukraine. Herewith, quite often the design of their roof requires the complete replacement and renovation by using modern roofing materials to meet the requirements of new government standards. Therefore, the choice and justification of the rational design of steel roof on the example of a short-span industrial building (18-24 m span), which is planned to be returned to exploitation after idle time, is the main goal of this publication. The object of the analysis is an unheated building equipped with bridge cranes of a small capacity (up to 10 tons). Methodology. To achieve this purpose, the comparison of structural variants of a roof steel collar tie was per-formed. Such variants include two types of collar tie cross-section – a lattice truss and a solid I-girder. The first type was analyzed for four possible types of section of elements – double angles, a roll-welded square profile, an electric-welded round tube and a rolled round tube. The second type was analyzed for two possible types of section – rolled I-section made of normal strength steel and fabricated sections of thin-gage high-strength steel. The design variants were compared on the basis of a numerical analysis of their work using the finite element method based on the soft-ware complex SCAD for Windows. Findings. According to the research results it should be stated that for the con-ditions of the city of Dnipro the most cost-effective variant of the steel collar tie cross section for the short-span in-dustrial building is the truss made of electric-welded round tubes. Also the construction of collar tie made of roll-welded square profiles or fabricated section of thin-gage high-strength steel is considered quite effective. Originality. The research presented in the publication allows estimating the possibility and economic efficiency of usage for various types of cross-sections for the collar tie of a steel non-insulated roof of the industrial building for the reconstruction conditions in the Dnipro-city. Practical value. A practical estimation of mass and cost parameters for steel collar ties of various types has been carried out, and the methodology for conducting such estimation has been substantiated.Item Study of Dynamic Indicators of Flat Wagon with Load Centre Shift(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Shatunov, Oleksandr V.; Shvets, Anzhela O.EN: Purpose. The article deals with the determining the influence of the longitudinal and lateral shift of gravity cen-tre of the heavy load on the flat wagons, taking into account the travel speed based on the main dynamic indicators – the maximum coefficients of the dynamic supplement of spring-suspended and unsprung parts, the maximum ratio of frame force to static axle load, the wheel derailment safety factor. Methodology. The study was carried out using the method of mathematical and computer simulation of the dynamic loading of flat wagons based on the model of spatial oscillations of five coupled wagons and the software complex developed in the branch research laboratory of the rolling stock dynamics and strength (BRL RSDS). Theoretical studies were carried out during the movement of the model 13-401 flat wagon on typical 18-100 bogies with speeds in the range from 50 to 90 km/h in curves with radii of 350 and 600 m, with 130 and 120 mm canting, respectively. Findings. The paper presents the analysis of theoretical studies of the rolling stock dynamics on the example of flat wagons. The calculations were carried out using an application software package. In the course of performing theoretical studies and after simulation, taking into account the processes of oscillation of the flat wagon and load in the presence of longitudinal and lateral shift of its gravity centre, the dependences of the main dynamic indicators were obtained with regard to the magnitude of the travel speed. Originality. Using the mathematical model of the five coupled wagons, the effect of shift in two direc-tions from the central symmetry axis of the heavy load centre was studied with regard to the travel speed along the curved track of small and medium radius in order to determine the dynamic loading of the flat wagon. Practical value. As a result of the above theoretical studies, the recommendations on the maximum possible values of the centre shift of heavy loads during their transportation on flat wagons are substantiated and proposed.Item Комплекс программ для оценки уровня загрязнения воздушной среды(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Калашников, Иван Владимирович; Габринец, Владимир Алексеевич; Горячкин, Вадим НиколаевичRUS: Цель. Работа предполагает разработку численных моделей для оценки уровня загрязнения воздушной среды в случае чрезвычайных ситуаций. Методика. Для описания процесса рассеивания в атмосфере химически опасных веществ, эмитированных при чрезвычайных ситуациях, использовано трехмерное уравнение массопереноса примеси в атмосферном воздухе. Для проведения экспресс-расчета используется двухмерное уравнение массопереноса. Уравнения учитывают поле скорости ветрового потока, атмосферную диффузию, интенсивность выброса химически опасного вещества в атмосферу. Для численного интегрирования уравнений массопереноса использованы неявные разностные схемы. Комплекс программ создан для решения задач прогноза уровня загрязнения атмосферы, с учетом влияния зданий на формирование зон загрязнения. При этом выполнен расчет поля скорости ветрового потока на базе модели потенциального течения. Применение данной модели позволяет оперативно рассчитывать это поле при наличии препятствий. Результаты. Построенные математические модели составляют основу созданного комплекса программ и могут быть применены для проведения оперативных расчетов размеров, интенсивности зон загрязнения, которые формируются в атмосфере при выбросе химических веществ, в случае чрезвычайных ситуаций на химически опасных объектах, транспорте. Разработанный комплекс программ может быть реализован на компьютерах малой и средней мощности, что позволяет широко использовать его для решения задач при разработке плана ликвидации аварийной ситуации (ПЛАС). Для практического применения разработанного комплекса программ необходима стандартная входная информация. Научная новизна. Предложен комплекс программ для оценки уровня загрязнения атмосферного воздуха при выбросе в атмосферу химически опасных веществ. Этот комплекс может быть использован для оценки воздействия выбросов на риск химического поражения людей, как на территории промышленного объекта, так и в селитебной зоне. Основой разработанного комплекса программ являются численные модели для расчета аэродинамики и массопереноса. Практическая значимость. Разработанный комплекс программ позволяет решать прикладные задачи, возникающие при разработке ПЛАСа для химически опасных объектов.Item Очистка вод от пластика(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Долина, Леонид Федорович; Савина, Ольга Петровна; Долина, Д. А.RU: Цель. Основная цель статьи – проанализировать наличие в воде Украины и мира пластика, а также на основании мирового и собственного опыта предложить методы очистки вод от пластика. Методика. Исследования выполнены на основании анализа научных зарубежных и отечественных литературных источников о наличии пластика в воде Украины, европейских стран, США (1999–2018 гг.). Результаты. Изученные источники свидетельствуют, что одной из основных экологических угроз мирового масштаба является наличие пластика в питьевой и сточных водах. Очистные сооружения мира недостаточно приспособлены для обнаружения и улавливания пластика. Авторы представляют результаты комплексного рассмотрения вопросов, связанных с определением наличия пластика в различных водах, его размерами и концентрациями, материалами для его изготовления. Были проведены исследования по определению содержания пластика в питьевой водопроводной воде городов Днипра и Запорожья. Например, в питьевой воде из-под крана содержится от 4 до 10 частиц пластика на литр воды, размер которых превышал 100 микрон, то есть среднюю толщину человеческого волоса. А в бутилированной воде известных торговых марок «Моршинская» и «Buvette» содержится от 49 до 102 частиц пластика на литр воды. Научная новизна. В работе обобщены имеющиеся и представлены новые методы и технологии очистки воды от пластика, такие как: процеживание на различных сооружениях (механические методы), флотационные, мембранные и обратноосмотические системы, мембранные биореакторы (физико-химические и комбинированные методы). Как второй путь снижения количества пластика в воде предложено запрещение его изготовления или создание биоразлагаемого пластика. Практическая значимость. Учитывая распространенность потребления бутилированной воды по всему миру, результаты этого исследования подтверждают необходимость дальнейших исследований воздействия микро- и нанопластов на здоровье человека.Item Параметричний генератор частоти на неколінеарних магнітних полях(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Ящук, Катерина Іванівна; Журавльов, Антон Юрійович; Щека, Вадим ІгоровичUK: Мета. У статті необхідно провести дослідження параметричного генератора частоти на неколінеарних магнітних полях, який виконує функції стабілізованого джерела живлення та засобу захисту від впливу по-тужних імпульсних завад у вигляді комутаційних перенапруг і розрядів блискавки. Методика. Для прове-дення експериментальних досліджень було виготовлено макетний зразок параметричного генератора. Про-ведено низку досліджень із визначення оптимальних параметрів кіл накачки та контуру пристрою, за яких досягаються найкращі енергетичні характеристики та максимальна вихідна потужність із забезпеченням стійкої генерації в системі. Результати. Автори довели необхідність розробки засобу захисту апаратури сигналізації, централізації та блокування від впливу потужних імпульсних завад. Розроблена конструкція при-строю повністю виключає трансформацію енергії, тобто проникнення перешкоди із входу на вихід. У ре-зультаті проведених експериментальних досліджень визначено оптимальні параметри кіл генератора, що забезпечують його найкращі енергетичні характеристики. Наукова новизна. Удосконалено пристрій пара-метричного генератора, який має у своїй конструкції енергоємні елементи, що значно поліпшує енергетичні характеристики і властивості. Із метою підвищення надійності систем автоблокування подальший розвиток отримали способи захисту апаратури залізничної автоматики й телемеханіки від впливу потужних імпульс-них завад і високих рівнів тягових струмів. Практична значимість. На основі отриманих результатів мож-на впровадити у виробництво досліджений пристрій і застосовувати його для організації стабілізованого вторинного джерела живлення колійних пристроїв залізничної автоматики, а також для захисту апаратури від дії потужних імпульсних завад, створених грозовими розрядами й блискавками або комутаційними пе-ренапруженнями. Результати роботи також можуть бути використані під час переобладнання перегонів но-вими системами залізничної автоматики та підготовки проектної документації на рейкові кола, станційні системи й системи автоблокування. Результати дослідження використовують під час вивчення дисциплін «Спеціальні вимірювання на залізничному транспорті» й «Електроживлення пристроїв автоматики», органі-зації науково-практичних семінарів, курсів підвищення кваліфікації тощо.
