Item Analysis of Deformed State Structures of the Kyiv Metro Running Tunnels on a Transition Zone from Spondylov’s Clay to Buchatskiy Sands(Дніпропетровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. In the section of changes geotechnical conditions of spondylov’s clay to buchatskiy sands may have significant structural deformation of running tunnels. It is necessary to identify the cause of deformities develop ways to minimize and based modeling and calculations to prove the effectiveness of measures to reduce deformation. Methodology. To solve the analysis problem of the stress-strain state (SSS) of the system «structure array» it was conducted the numerical simulation using the finite element method (FEM). On the basis of the obtained results the graphs were constructed and the dependencies were determined. Findings. The presence of weak watersaturated soils in tray of the tunnel on an area of transition from spondylov’s clay to buchatskiy sand causes significant increasing in strain construction of tunnels and general vibration liquefaction in soil basis. Also change the physical and mechanical characteristics of soils within the frames of tunnels influences on the level of strain state of most frames. Improved strain state settings of tunnels in areas of change soil characteristics of the array (especially at the bottom of casing) can be achieved by chemical consolidation of weak soils. Composition of solutions for fixing the weak soils should be determined based on the study of grain size, porosity, and other parameters of physical and mechanical and physical and chemical characteristics of soils. Originality. The basic cause significant strain on transition zone from spondylov’s clay to buchatskiy sands is found, that is explained by saturated phenomenon vibration liquefaction basis under the tunnel. Practical value. The approaches to reduce the strain in the construction of running tunnels in the transition zone from spondylov’s clay to buchatskiy sands are developed, as well as in the area of the station «Glybochytska» the Kyiv Metro.Item The Basing of Stabilization Parameters of a Fortified Railway Bed(Дніпропетровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. The article is devoted to stabilization parameters determination of reinforced railway bed. At the present time, the railway plays the leading role in transport system to ensure the needs of freight and passenger traffic. In modern conditions railway operation concentrates on ensuring the necessary level of track reliability, including the roadbed, this is one of the main elements of road structures. The purpose of this article is the determination of basic parameters of stress-strain state to stabilize the soil subgrade embankment by reinforced materials. Methodology. To achieve this goal the following tasks of researches were solved: the effect of reinforcing layer of geomaterial on deformation properties of soil subgrade in various design of strengthening was investigated, the distributions of stresses in the subgrade were determined, reinforced of geomaterials under state load. Experimental studies to explore the nature of the deformation model subgrade at various degrees of stress were carried out. Findings. The analysis of the results of performed experimental and theoretical studies permitted to do the following conclusions. In conducting researches determined the distribution of stresses in the subgrade reinforced geomaterials under static load. The complex of experimental studies allows exploring the nature of the deformation model subgrade at various degrees of stress. Originality. On the basis of the theoretical studies have been regarded the problem of determining the stress-strain state of subgrade reinforced geomaterials by measuring stresses in its application for step loads. Practical value. The practical value was presented by the results of evaluating the effect of reinforcing way for changing the stress-strain state of subgrade.Item Conducting and Analyzing the Results of the Experimental Box Test of Retaining Wall Models Without Piles and on the Pile Foundation(Дніпропетровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпропетровськ, 2015) Lisnevskyy, Maxim A.; Sukhorskyi, V. O.EN: Taking into consideration that the bearing capacity of the foundation may be insufficient, in the study it is assumed that pile foundation can be used to reduce the impact of the construction of new retaining structures on roads and railways near the existing buildings or in areas of dense urban development and ensure the stability of the foundation. To reduce the volume of excavation it is necessary to choose the economic structure of the retaining wall. To do this, one should explore stress-strain state (SSS) of the retaining walls, to develop methods to improve their strength and stability, as well as to choose the most appropriate method of their analysis. Methodology. In the design of retaining walls foundation mat and piles are considered as independent elements. Since the combined effect of the retaining wall, piles and foundation mat as well as the effect of soil or rock foundation on the structure are considered not fully, so there are some limitations in the existing design techniques. To achieve the purpose the box tests of retaining walls models without piles and with piles for studying their interaction with the surroundingsoil massif were conducted. Findings. Laboratory simulation of complex systems «surrounding soil – retaining wall– pile» was carried out and on the basis of the box test results were analyzed strains and its main parameters of the stress-strain state. Analysis of the results showed that the structure of a retaining wall with piles is steady and stable. Originality. So far, in Ukraine has not been carried out similar experimental box tests with models of retaining walls in such combinations. In the article has been presented unique photos and test results, as well as their analysis. Practical value. Using the methodology of experimental tests of the retaining wall models with piles and without them gives a wider opportunity to study stress-strain state of such structures.Item The Results of the Defect Places Investigation of Donetsk Railway Road Bed by Ground Penetrating Radar Complex(Дніпропетровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпропетровськ, 2014) Petrenko, Volodymyr D.; Kovalevych Valeriy V.ENG: Purpose. Defective places definition of road bed at ground penetrating radar is examined. Methodology. For achievement of this goal the experimental research on ground penetrating radar inspection of road bed defective places of the Donetsk Railway, which are caused by a complex of various reasons of geotechnical and constructive character, were conducted. Findings. According to these diagnostic results of road bed on the three districts of the Donetsk Railway is revealed the main causes which lead to the defects appearance, deformities and injuries in it, there is abuse of process parameters and modify its physic mechanical soil properties of natural and technology-related factors. As it is established, the use of ground penetrating radar of series “Losa” on the railways of Ukraine allows searching ballast tank in the body of road bed, defining damp places in soil road bed and foundations, to find arrangement of foreign matter in the soil road bed and work search heterogeneity and places weakening soil. In addition, the use of ground penetrating radar provides rapid detection of defects, deformation and damage of railway track, especially in areas the most dangerous for rolling stock that creates the high level security at the main and auxiliary lines of Ukrzaliznytsia. In conducting the research was justified the high level of reliability and performance with autonomous use of ground penetrating radar. Originality. In modern conditions of defects determination, deformations and damages by traditional methods with application of engineering-geological investigations, it is impossible in connection with their insufficient efficiency. Therefore the using of highly effective methodology of expeditious tool identification of defective places allows reducing significantly the periods of repair of a railway track which is very important for introduction of the high-speed movement on the Ukrainian Railways. Practical value. On the basis of the executed investigations the main actions for defects elimination, deformations and damages which consist in the device of counter dams, the draining sections, the augercast and augured piles are offered.Item Scientific Evidence for Walls Fastening Technologies of Working Trench by the Special Method «Slurry Wall» for Shallow Subways’ Stations(Дніпропетровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені акдеміка В. Лазаряна, Дніпропетровськ, 2014) Borschevskiy, S. V.; Petrenko, Volodymyr D.; Tiutkin, Oleksii L.; Kulazhenko, Yevhenii Yu.; Kulazhenko, Olena M.ENG: Purpose. It’s necessary to carry out justification of fastening technology and the choice of the optimal variant, creating dependency diagrams of moving for idealized cases by means of automated methods of calculations. Methodology. To achieve this goal, the finite element solid models, which reflect the design of the working trench for the shallow subways’ stations, with four ways to fix the “slurry wall”, as well as a calculation and analysis of the stress-strain state of structures and fixtures calculated using the complex with using the finite element method(FEM) is built in the software package SCAD. Findings. The analysis of the stress-strain state and movements of various fundamental systems of soil nailing and comparing the results by displaying the calculations results of main and equivalent stresses, using the built-in postprocessors in software package SCAD. Namely, were identified extreme tensions arising in the wall and strut rail. It is built the tables and the resulting graph of behavior of the structural fastening condition; the parameters change of the surrounding array on the base of the research. It is possible to analyze and compare the operation of different constructions of slopes fastening of working trench by means of their help. Originality. In solving this problem have been analyzed and studied the behavior of the structure fastening the «slurry wall», and its stress-strain state, the location and the fastening areas that need further elaboration, study and introduction of measures to strengthen the construction of fences and auxiliary fixing elements, presented with metal strut rail. Practical value. In the era of highly advanced building technologies in the construction of underground facilities with using the special method of “slurry wall” the question arises about the quick selection of optimal parameters, elements and methods of securing its walls from excessive strain and avoidance of displacement to the calculation of possible combinations of permanent loads from soil in the construction of the working trench.Item Simulation of Subgrade Embankment on Weak Base(Дніпропетровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпропетровськ, 2015) Petrenko, Volodymyr D.; Sviatko, Ilona O.ENG: Purpose. This article provides: the question of the sustainability of the subgrade on a weak base is considered in the paper. It is proposed to use the method of jet grouting. Investigation of the possibility of a weak base has an effect on the overall deformation of the subgrade; the identification and optimization of the parameters of subgrade based on studies using numerical simulation. Methodology. The theoretical studies of the stress-strain state of the base and subgrade embankment by modeling in the software package LIRA have been conducted to achieve this goal. Findings. After making the necessary calculations perform building fields of a subsidence, borders cramped thickness, bed’s coefficients of Pasternak and Winkler. The diagrams construction of vertical stress performs at any point of load application. Also, using the software system may perform peer review subsidence, rolls railroad tracks in natural and consolidated basis. Originality. For weak soils is the most appropriate nonlinear model of the base with the existing areas of both elastic and limit equilibrium, mixed problem of the theory of elasticity and plasticity. Practical value. By increasing the load on the weak base as a result of the second track construction, adds embankment or increasing axial load when changing the rolling stock process of sedimentation and consolidation may continue again. Therefore, one of the feasible and promising options for the design and reconstruction of embankments on weak bases is to strengthen the bases with the help of jet grouting. With the expansion of the railway infrastructure, increasing speed and weight of the rolling stock is necessary to ensure the stability of the subgrade on weak bases. LIRA software package allows you to perform all the necessary calculations for the selection of a proper way of strengthening weak bases.Item Solution of Task of the Mobile Loading in the Dynamic Statement(Дніпропетровський національний універсиет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпропетровськ, 2013) Petrenko, Volodymyr I.; Petrenko, Volodymyr D.; Tiutkin, Oleksii L.ENG: Purpose. That is the feature of static work of tunnel constructions, that their stress-strain state is formed in interaction with a surrounding rock mass. But the dynamic component of stress-strain state of such constructions is also large, as tunnel constructions are perceived, except for permanent action of surrounding rock mass, spectrum of the dynamic loadings. Analyzing every type of dynamic action, it follows also to give him appraisement from position of reflection in normative documents, as the account of most dynamic actions is only declared in them without development of some methods. Methodology. For research of influencing of the mobile loading in the dynamic statement model it is some changed in order to correctly attach loading between columns as an impulse. As well as at the conducted research of the mobile loading in the static statement, in which it was found out, that his influence on the station construction depended on the depth of contour interval, at the solution of the same task in the dynamic statement explored two models – with the depth of contour interval 5 m and 10 m. Findings. It is possible to testify from the conducted analysis, that the complex analysis of the station construction with conducting of static and dynamic calculations allows to obtain more complete information about stress-strain state, which allows to estimate the state of elements in different situations, some of which more reliable result in emergency situations and must be forecast. Originality. Influencing of the mobile loading in the static and dynamic statements has been analyzed. Practical value. The calculations of the underground stations of shallow contour interval are complemented by an important calculation in the dynamic raising, and the results of such complex analysis can be considered more complete.Item Аналіз впливу нових конструктивних рішень на напружено-деформований стан обробки пілонної станції(Дніпропетровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпропетровськ, 2013) Петренко, Володимир Дмитрович; Тютькін, Олексій ЛеонідовичUKR: В статті наведені результати числового аналізу залізобетонної конструкції колонної станції метрополітену у випадку варіації кроку колон по умовам безпеки. Мета цієї статті полягає у вивченні роботи системи колон, як найбільш завантажених елементів, що є одним з головних пріоритетів забезпечення безпечної та безаварійної роботи при нормальній експлуатації станційної конструкції. Методика. Розроблено об’ємну скінченноелементну модель станції. Для аналізу напружень застосовано четверту теорію міцності. Результати. В наданій роботі викладені результати числового аналізу методом скінченних елементів на основі комплексу Structure CAD (SCAD) залізобетонної оправи станції із варіацією кроку колон, який в більшості випадків при спорудженні станцій приймається конструктивно. Побудовані графіки залежностей дозволили визначити безпечний крок колон. Наукова новизна. На основі теоретичних досліджень напружено-деформованого стану моделей показано, що при збільшенні відстані між колонами від 3,6 до 5,4 м статична робота несучих елементів станції є цілком прогнозуємою, тому що закони формування зусиль в них не виходять за межі лінійних. Але збільшення кроку колон до значних величин буде недоцільним з позиції безпечних умов експлуатації та викликає значні перевантаження несучих елементів в період будівництва. Практичне значення. Практична значимість обумовлена за підсумками оцінки впливу кроку колон станції для зміни напружено-деформованого стану її конструкції. Визначення напружено-деформованого стану конструкції запобігає різним аварійним ситуаціям, оскільки дозволяє впевнено прогнозувати наслідки змін в проектних рішеннях і отримувати безпечні умови експлуатації станцій колонного типу.Item Влияние коррозии бетона и арматуры на долговечность железобетонных пролетных строений мостов(Днепропетровский национальный университет железнодорожного транспорта имени академика В. В роботі представлений аналіз результатів дослідження напружено-деформованого стану та деформацій конструкції залізничного насипу. Особливу увагу приділено матеріало-зберігаючим конструкціям. Зокрема, розглянуто конструкції підпірних стін з застосуванням мембранних матеріалів і армованого ґрунту.
