Item Modeling the Optimization Process of Investments in Development of the Enterprise Taking Into Account Random Costs(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Gasanov, Z. M.EN: Purpose. The study aims at substantiating the method to determine the optimal volume of investments for improving basic economic indicators of the enterprise’s performance selected by the company management at random costs at each stage of its development. Methodology. The proposed methodology for determining the optimal investment volume is based on simulation modeling methods and optimal control theory, in particular, the dynamic programming procedure, since the controlled process of the enterprise`s development is a multi-step one. Using step-by-step planning with generation of costs for transitions and statistical processing of results, a solution to optimization problem was obtained, to which the methods of mathematical analysis cannot be applied. Findings. An algorithm has been developed for calculating the minimal volume of capital investments for improving selected economic indicators and constructing the optimal trajectory for the enterprise`s development from the initial economic state to the final desired state. This takes into account unforeseen intermediate costs in the process of enterprise development. Originality. It is shown that using the methods of the theory of optimal control and simulation modeling, it is possible to calculate the minimal amount of capital investments to improve the selected economic indicators that determine the efficiency of the enterprise performance, taking into account the random costs of intermediate transitions by the development stages. Such calculation does not depend on the specific content of economic indicators. Practical value. The proposed methodology for calculating the minimal volume of capital investments is quite simple, but at the same time it allows, on the one hand, determining the priority areas of the enterprise’s investment activities. On the other hand, it increases the manageability and transparency of the enterprise’s economic activity, and increases the manager’s confidence in the correctness of the decisions made.Item Computer Modeling of Air Pollution in Case of Dust Cloud Movement in Open Pit Mine(Dnipro National University of Railway Transport named after Academician V. Lazaryan, 2019) Biliaieva, Viktoriia V.; Kirichenko, Pavlo S.; Berlov, Oleksandr V.; Gabrіnets, Volodymyr O.; Horiachkin, Vadym M.ENG: Purpose. Explosions in open pits lead to the formation of dust clouds. These clouds lead to intense air pollution. An important task is the development of methods for predicting the dynamics of atmospheric air pollution during ex-plosions in open pits. The purpose of this work is development of a numerical model to predict atmosphere pollution after explosion in open mine pit. The task is to develop a numerical model that would allow for the calculation to take into account the geometrical shape of the open pit mine, the parameters of the meteorological situation (wind speed, atmosphere), the shape of the dust cloud that is formed in the open pit mine at the site of the explosion. Methodology. Mathematical modeling of dust cloud dispersion during an explosion in an open pit mine is based on the use of fundamental equations of aerodynamics and mass transfer. The airflow velocity field in the open pit mine is modeled using the Laplace equation for the velocity potential. The formation of the concentration field of dust is mod-eled on the basis of the equation of convective-diffusion dispersion of an impurity. For numerical integration of model-ing equations, difference schemes are used. The Laplace equation for the velocity potential is numerically integrated using the Richardson method. For the numerical integration of the convective-diffusion dispersion equation for an im-purity, an implicit difference splitting scheme is used. Findings. A CFD model has been developed that allows you to calculate the formation of pollution zones during the movement of a dust cloud in the open pit mine. A feature of the developed model is the speed of calculation. For practical use of the developed model, standard input information is required. Originality. In contrast to the existing models in Ukraine, the developed numerical model allows taking into account the geometrical shape of the open pit mine and the geometrical shape of the dust cloud when making predictive calculations to assess the level of air pollution caused by explosions in open pits. Practical value. The developed nu-merical model can be implemented on computers of low and medium power. For practical use of the numerical model, standard information on meteorological conditions in open pit mine is required. The numerical model can be used for environmental assessment of the effect of explosions in open pit mine on environmental pollution and work areas.Item Технология очистки воды от остатков лекарственных препаратов и пластика(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Долина, Леонид Федорович; Машихина, Полина Б.; Долина, Д. А.RU: Цель. Основная цель статьи – разработать технологию очистки воды от остатков масло-жиро-крем содержащих лекарств, в частности технологию очистки городских (муниципальных) сточных вод от пластика и остатков лекарственных препаратов. Методика. Исследования выполнены на основании анализа научных источников и отчетных данных о наличии лекарств и пластика в воде Украины, европейских странах, США. Результаты. Авторы представляют результаты комплексного рассмотрения вопросов, связанных с определением наличия лекарств в различных водах, их концентраций и наиболее опасных лекарственных препаратов-токсикантов. Медикаменты и пластик могут накапливаться не только в организме людей и животных, но и в морской и речной рыбе и т. д. Присутствие в организме лекарств и пластика оказывает негативное влияние на здоровье. Очистные сооружения Украины и мира недостаточно приспособлены для обнаружения в воде лекарств и пластика, её очистки. Научная новизна. Авторы этой статьи провели исследования по определению содержания пластика в питьевой водопроводной воде городов Днепра и Запорожья. В питьевой воде из-под крана содержится меньше частиц пластика, чем в бутилированной воде известных украинских торговых брендов. Разработаны технологические схемы по очистке сточных вод фармацевтических предприятий по изготовлению кремов, мазей, масел и другой продукции для лечения и косметических целей. Предложены сооружения и методы для очистки вод от указанных загрязнений, которые не использовали ранее на станциях очистки вод, но успешно применяют в других отраслях промышленности. Практическая значимость. Применение в Украине экологически эффективных технологий позволит получать высококачественную питьевую воду, однако потребует переоборудования и реконструкции водоочистных станций. Для этого нужно предусмотреть соответствующие статьи по основному финансированию. В настоящее время в Украине (даже в Киеве) нет станций по очистке питьевой и сточных вод, на которых бы использовались современные технологии и сооружения, а ведь качественная вода – это здоровье и жизнь людей.Item Организация контроля технологических процессов железнодорожных станций на основании статистических методов(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Козаченко, Дмитрий Николаевич; Германюк, Юлия Николаевна; Манафов, Э. К.RUS: Цель. В данной статье авторы предполагают разработать статистические методы контроля технологических процессов работы железнодорожных станций на основании контрольных карт Шухарта. Методика. Исследования в статье выполнены на основании методов статистического контроля качества и теории эксплуатации железных дорог. Результаты. Существующие методы контроля выполнения технологических процессов железнодорожных станций ориентированы на достижение количественных показателей их работы при безусловном выполнении необходимого перечня технологических операций и соблюдения требований безопасности движения поездов. В то же время проблема контроля соблюдения качественных показателей работы станций требует дополнительных исследований. Основным критерием для оценки качества выполнения технологических процессов, связанных с обработкой поездов, локомотивов, вагонов, контейнеров, грузов, документов и информации на железнодорожных станциях является их продолжительность. Учитывая то, что затраты времени на обработку указанных объектов являются случайными величинами, для контроля и управления технологическими процессами станций предложено использовать статистические методы, в частности карты Шухарта. В качестве примера в статье рассмотрены процессы технического обслуживания вагонов грузовых поездов по отправлению и построены карты Шухарта для станций Клепаров и Баладжары. Анализ работы обеих станций показал наличие существенного влияния местных условий на продолжительность технического обслуживания составов поездов по отправлению, а также значительные отклонения между его нормативной и фактической продолжительностью. Научная новизна. В данной работе впервые предложен метод управления технологическими процессами железнодорожных станций, основанный на использовании контрольных карт Шухарта. Практическая значимость. Применение предложенного метода позволяет, с одной стороны, адекватно выполнять контроль продолжительности технологических процессов и отдельных технологических операций, представляющих собой, как правило, случайные величины, а с другой – оценивать возможность реализации установленных технологическими процессами норм. Кроме того, организация накопления статистической информации о ходе выполнения технологических процессов также позволит существенно упростить построение адекватных имитационных моделей, учитывающих стохастичный характер функционирования железнодорожных станций.Item Numerical Modeling of Air Pollution From Dumps(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Biliaiev, Mykola M.; Rusakova, Tetiana I.; Kalashnikov, I. V.; Bondarenko, Iryna O.; Gunko, Elena Yu.ENG: Purpose. Rock dumps are long-term sources of air pollution. A significant amount of harmful substances enters the atmosphere. Particularly intense is the pollution of atmospheric air due to dusting dumps. An important task is the development of methods for predicting the dynamics of atmospheric air pollution during the emission of harmful impurities from dumps. When developing methods for predicting the dynamics of air pollution from dumps. It is very important to create a universal model that would allow on a single computing platform to calculate the process of atmospheric air pollution for various impurities that are released from dumps. Another important problem is the choice of the place for optimal placement of future dumps in order to minimize their negative impact on the environment. Methodology. Numerical modeling of the formation of atmospheric pollution zones near rock dumps is based on the application of the equation of turbulent dispersion of an impurity in the atmosphere. To solve the problem of choosing the rational location of the dumps, the conjugate equation is used. Numerical integration is carried out using an implicit difference scheme. Findings. Numerical models are developed. The first numerical model allows one to evaluate the effect of rock dumps on air pollution. The second numerical model allows, on the basis of a one-time calculation, to determine the rational location of the future dump from the point of view of its minimal impact on air pollution. Originality. Two numerical models are proposed that are based on the application of the turbulent diffusion equation and the conjugate equation. These models make it possible to quickly determine the effect of rock dumps on air pollution. The models take into account the convective transport of the pollutant, atmospheric turbulent diffusion, the intensity of the emission of impurities from the dump. Practical value. The developed numerical models are implemented in the form of program codes. These program codes can be used when performing serial calculations on computers of low and medium power, i.e. computer technology, which is available to organizations involved in environmental issues in technologically saturated regions. When carrying out calculations based on the constructed numerical models, typical initial data are used regarding the intensity of the emission of impurities from dumps, weather conditions characteristic of a specific region of the country.Item Дослідження зносу коліс та рейок за несиметричного завантаження платформи(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Шатунов, Олександр Васильович; Швець, Анжела Олександрівна; Кирильчук, Олег Анатолійович; Швець, Анжеліка ОлександрівнаUK: Мета. У науковій роботі потрібно провести угол виляния колесной пары визначення впливу несиметричного завантаження вагона скорость движения -платформи на величину фактора зносу пари «колесо–рейка» в разі зміни параметрів, що мають місце в експлуатації. Методика. Динамічну навантаженість вагона-платформи моделі 13–401 з типовими трьохелементними візками досліджено з використанням моделі просторових коливань зчепу з п’яти вагонів за допомогою математичного й комп’ютерного моделювання. Теоретичні розрахунки виконано для найбільш небезпечних ділянок залізничної колії – кривих малого й середнього радіуса в інтервалі допустимих швидкостей руху. Результати. Проаналізовано показники зносу коліс рухомого складу й рейок на прикладі вагонів-платформ за наявності поздовжнього й поперечного зміщення центра мас вантажу відносно центра симетрії вагона. Для отримання інформації про вплив допустимих відхилень розташування вантажу у вагоні на величину динамічної навантаженості контакту «колесо–рейка» виконано теоретичні дослідження просторових коливань рейкового екіпажу та його взаємодії з колією. Наукова новизна. Для визначення зносу пари «колесо–рейка» досліджено вплив зміщення у двох напрямках від центральної осі симетрії центра мас вантажу з огляду на величину швидкості руху по кривих ділянках колії малого й середнього радіуса із застосуванням математичної моделі зчепу з п’яти вантажних вагонів. Практична значимість. У результаті проведених теоретичних досліджень оцінено такі показники, як фактор зносу, напрямлена сила й виляння колісної пари вантажного рухомого складу в разі зміщення центра мас вантажу під час руху по криволінійних ділянках залізничної колії. Для встановлення ймовірної причини інтенсивного зносу коліс і рейок проаналізовано параметри: забігання бокових рам переднього візка; виляння лівої бокової рами переднього візка; взаємне поздовжнє переміщення бокової рами й буксового вузла передньої колісної пари; взаємне виляння лівої бокової рами візка відносно передньої колісної пари.Item 4 (82) випуск. Вісник становить інтерес для працівників науково-дослідних організацій, викладачів вищих навчальних закладів, докторантів, аспірантів, магістрантів та інженерно-технічних працівників.Item Investigation of the Influence of the Rolling Stock Dynamics on the Intensity of Using the Railway Track Elements(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Bondarenko, Iryna O.; Neduzha, Larysa O.ENG: Purpose. The main purpose of this work is to research deformability parameters of the railway track under various operating conditions as the initial data for the formation of forced oscillations of rolling stock and the trackform use intensity. Methodology. For the research, an original model of the trackform, described with using the basic concepts of the theory of elasticity and the propagation of elastic waves was developed. Findings. It has been established that the ratio between the intensity of work of elements and the trackform, as criteria for deformability, can be used as the estimated parameters of the functionally safe operation of the track. It can be the basis for the classification of critical track states under which it had to perform work to restore its working capacity in order to ensure the required level of efficiency of use construction during the service life. Originality. Trackform and parameters of the elements of the track superstructure and substructure can be described using the railway tracks deformability behaviour. In the future this conclusion will help to increase the efficiency of the dynamic properties of rolling stock when designing and maintain in readiness the infrastructure while in operation. Practical value. Changes in the regulatory framework of rail transport in recent years provide for the observance of its functional safety, therefore, the question of the need to assess the impact of rolling stock on the way to be regarded as a dynamic process with consideration to the deformability resistance track. This research provides a basis for record of the stiffness of deformation that allows creating the regulatory framework for the functional safety of the railway track in Ukraine.Item Technology for Water Purification From Residues of Drugs and Plastic(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Dolina, Leonid F.; Mashykhina, Polina B.; Dolina, D. A.EN: Purpose. The main purpose of the article is to develop a technology for water purification from residues of oilfat-cream containing drugs, in particular technology and a technological scheme for purifying urban (municipal) wastewater from plastics and residues of drugs. Methodology. The studies were carried out based on the analysis of scientific sources and reporting data on the availability of drugs and plastics in the water of Ukraine, European countries, and the USA. Findings. The authors present the results of a comprehensive review of issues related to the determination of the availability of drugs in various waters, their concentrations and the most dangerous drugs-toxicants. Medicines and plastics can accumulate not only in humans and animals, but also in sea and river fish, etc. The presence of drugs and plastic in the body can have a negative impact on the health. The treatment facilities in Ukraine and the world are not sufficiently adapted for the detection of drugs and plastics and their purification. Originality. The authors of this material conducted studies to determine the content of plastic in drinking tap water in Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia cities. Drinking water from the tap contains less plastic particles than bottled water of the famous Ukrainian trade brands. The work developed technological schemes for the purification of industrial wastewater from pharmaceutical enterprises for the manufacture of creams, ointments, oils and other products for treatment and cosmetic purposes. Structures and methods for purifying water from these pollutants have been pro-posed, which had not been previously used at water purification stations, but successfully apply in other industries. Practical value. The use of environmentally efficient technologies in Ukraine will allow obtaining high-quality drinking water, but it will require re-equipment and reconstruction of water treatment plants. Major funding should be provided by corresponding articles. Currently, in Ukraine (even in Kyiv) there are no stations for the purification of drinking and waste waters, which would use modern technologies and facilities, but high-quality water is the health and life of people.Item Моделирование процесса оптимизации инвестиций на развитие предприятия с учетом случайных затрат(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, Дніпро, 2019) Гасанов, Закария Муса-оглиRU: Цель. Основной целью данного исследования является обоснование метода определения оптимального объема инвестиций на улучшение выбираемых руководством предприятия основных экономических показателей эффективности его работы при случайных расходах на каждом этапе развития. Методика. В основе предлагаемой методики определения оптимального объема инвестиций лежат методы имитационного моделирования и теории оптимального управления, в частности процедура динамического программирования, так как управляемый процесс развития предприятия является многоэтапным. Использование поэтапного планирования с генерацией затрат на переходы и статистической обработки результатов дает возможность получить решение задачи оптимизации, к которой нельзя применить методы математического анализа. Результаты. Разработан алгоритм расчета минимального объема капитальных вложений на улучшение выбранных экономических показателей. Построена оптимальная траектория развития предприятия от начального экономического до конечного желаемого состояния. При этом учтены непредвиденные промежуточные расходы в процессе развития предприятия. Научная новизна. Показано, что с помощью методов теории оптимального управления и имитационного моделирования можно произвести расчет минимального объема капитальных вложений на улучшение выбранных экономических показателей, которые определяют эффективность работы предприятия с учетом случайных затрат на промежуточные переходы по этапам развития. Причём такой расчет не зависит от конкретного содержания экономических показателей. Практическая значимость. Предлагаемая в статье методика расчета минимального объема капитальных вложений довольно проста, но в то же время позволяет, с одной стороны, определить приоритетные направления инвестиционной деятельности предприятия, а с другой – повышает управляемость и прозрачность хозяйственной деятельности предприятия, уверенность руководителя в правильности принимаемых решений.Item Research of Wheel-Rail Wear Due to Non-Symmetrical Loading of a Flat Car(Дніпровський національний університет залізничного транспорту імені академіка В. Лазаряна, 2019) Shatunov, Oleksandr V.; Shvets, Anzhela O.; Kirilchuk, Oleg A.; Shvets, Anzhelika O.EN: Purpose. The paper is aimed at determining the influence of non-symmetrical loading of a flat car on the magni-tude of the wear factor of a wheel-rail pair when changing the operation parameters. Methodology. The dynamic loading of 13-401 model flat car with typical three-piece bogies is studied using a model of spatial oscillations of a five-car coupling using mathematical and computer simulation. Theoretical calculations are performed for the most dangerous sections of the railway track – small and medium radius curves in the range of permissible speeds. Findings. The indicators of wear of the rolling stock wheels and the rails are analysed on the example of flat cars in the presence of a longitudinal and transverse displacement of the load mass centre relative to the car symmetry centrer. To obtain information on the effect of permissible deviations of the arrangement of cargo in the car on the magnitude of the dynamic loading of the wheel-rail contact, the authors performed theoretical studies of the spatial variations of the rail carriage and its interaction with the track. Originality. To determine the wear of the wheel-rail pair, the effect of displacement in two directions from the central axis of symmetry of the load gravity centre was studied, taking into account the value of the travel speed along the curved sections of the small and medium radius using a mathematical model of coupling of five freight cars. Practical value. As a result of the theoretical studies carried out, the authors assessed such factors as wear factor, directional force, and hunting of the wheel set of freight rolling stock in the event of load gravity centre displacement when moving along curved sections of the railway track. To establish the possible cause of intensive wear of the wheels and rails, the following parameters were ana-lysed: lozenging of front bogie side frames; hunting of the left side frame of the front bogie; mutual longitudinal movement of the side frame and axle box of the front wheel set; mutual hunting of the left side frame of the bogie relative to the front wheel set.
