dc.description.abstractUKR: Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра виконана на 48 сторінках, містить 3 рисунка, 10 таблиць та 22 джерела використаної літератури. В даній роботі досліджується надійність компонентів електронних схем та проводився уточнений розрахунок надійності тригера. Завданням даної дипломної роботи є уточнений розрахунок надійності тригера. Метою роботи є проведення аналізу надійності компонентів електронних систем та виконання уточненого розрахунку надійності тригера. Методи дослідження – теорія надійності, математична статистика, математичний аналіз, аналіз і синтез систем. Практична значимість роботи – результати роботи можуть бути використані для обчислення показників надійності апаратури на завершальній стадії проектування з метою подальшого підвищення надійності електронної апаратури. В першому розділі роботи розглянуто питання надійності компонентів електронних схем. В другому розділі роботи проаналізовано питання розрахунку показників надійності інженерних схемотехнічних систем в умовах експлуатації. В третьому розділі виконано уточнений розрахунок показників надійності тригера. Результати роботи можуть бути використані для обчислення показників надійності апаратури на завершальній стадії проектування з метою подальшого підвищення надійності електронної апаратури. Матеріали роботи застосовуються у навчальному процесі університету при викладанні дисципліни «Надійність та діагностування».uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: The bachelor's qualification work is completed on 48 pages, contains 3 figures, 10 tables and 22 sources of used literature. The reliability of the components of electronic circuits is investigated and a specified calculation of the reliability of the trigger was carried out in this work. The task of this diploma work is a specified calculation of the reliability of the trigger. The purpose of the work is to analyze the reliability of components of electronic systems and perform a specified calculation of the reliability of the trigger. Research methods – reliability theory, mathematical statistics, mathematical analysis, analysis and synthesis of systems. Practical significance – the results of the work can be used to calculate the reliability indicators of the equipment at the final stage of design in order to further increase the reliability of electronic equipment. The first section of the work deals with the reliability of components of electronic circuits. The issue of calculating the reliability indicators of engineering circuit systems in operating conditions is analyzed in the second section of the work. A specified calculation of the trigger's reliability indicators is performed in the third section. The results of the work can be used to calculate the reliability indicators of the equipment at the final stage of design in order to further increase the reliability of electronic equipment. The materials of the work are used in the educational process of the university when teaching the discipline "Reliability and diagnostics".en
