Abstract
UKR: Мета. Метою дослідження є визначення ознак та змісту феномену глобальної конкуренції, виявлення новітніх тенденцій розвитку конкурентних відносин; розвиток теоретико-методологічних засад управління конкурентоспроможністю національних економік в умовах глобалізації та постіндустріалізації; наукове та емпіричне обґрунтування імперативності інноваційних відповідей на виклики глобальної конкуренції. Методика. Проведені дослідження базуються застосуванні діалектичного, еволюційного та синергетичного методологічних підходів, на використанні методів системного, причинно-наслідкового, функціонального та факторного аналізу, застосуванні методів агрегації, статистичного та кореляційно-регресійного аналізу. Результати. Автором розвинуто теоретико-методологічні засади управління конкурентоспроможністю національних економік в умовах постіндустріалізації (четвертої промислової революції). Аргументовано доцільність оцінювати інтегральні результати міжнародної конкуренції за динамікою показника ”Частка ВВП країни у ВВП світу”. Наведено емпіричні докази посилення впливу фактору міжнародної конкурентоспроможності на рівень економічного розвитку країни, якість життя та добробут населення. Обґрунтовано провідну роль знань, інтелектуального капіталу та інновацій у формуванні міжнародних конкурентних переваг сучасних економічних систем різного рівня агрегації. Новизна. Розроблено та представлено багатоознакову характеристику економічного феномену глобальної конкуренції. Акцентовано увагу на новаціях економічного суперництва, обумовлених глобалізацією та регіоналізацією конкурентних відносин. Практична значимість. Отримані результати сприятимуть розвитку теоретико-методологічних засад управління конкурентоспроможністю національних економік в умовах глобалізації та постіндустріалізації, підвищенню ефективності національної політики конкурентоспроможності.
ENG: Purpose. The purpose of the study is to determine the signs and content of the phenomenon of global competition, to identify the latest trends in the development of competitive relations; development of the theoretical and methodological principles of managing the competitiveness of national economies in the conditions of globalization and post-industrialization; scientific and empirical justification of the imperative of innovative responses to the challenges of global competition. Methodology. The conducted research is based on the application of dialectical, evolutionary and synergistic methodological approaches, on the use of systematic, causal, functional and factor analysis methods, on the application of aggregation methods, statistical and correlation-regression analysis. Findings. The author has developed the theoretical and methodological principles of managing the competitiveness of national economies in the conditions of post-industrialization (the fourth industrial revolution). The expediency of evaluating the integral results of international competition according to the dynamics of the indicator of the country’s GDP in the world’s GDP is argued. Empirical evidence of the strengthening of the influence of the factor of international competitiveness on the level of economic development of the country, the quality of life and the well-being of the population is presented. The leading role of knowledge, intellectual capital and innovations in the formation of international competitive advantages of modern economic systems of different levels of aggregation is substantiated. Originality. A multi-characteristic characterization of the economic phenomenon of global competition is developed and presented. Attention is focused on innovations in economic rivalry caused by globalization and regionalization of competitive relations. Practical value. The obtained results will contribute to the development of the theoretical and methodological principles of managing the competitiveness of national economies in the conditions of globalization and post-industrialization, and to increasing the effectiveness of the national competitiveness policy.
