Abstract
UKR: У роботі розглянуто проблеми удосконалення логістики залізничних перевезень контейнерів у сполученні між українськими портами Чорного моря та мультимодальним центром на кордоні з Європейським Союзом. Запропоновано низку заходів для підвищення ефективності перевізного процесу: організація перевезень контейнерними поїздами, організація руху контейнерних поїздів за розкладом. Апробація та оцінка ефективності запропонованих заходів виконана для реального логістичного ланцюга поставок контейнерів між контейнерним терміналом Одеса та мультимодальним центром Мостиська. У роботі наведено комплексний аналіз існуючої технології доставки контейнерів, визначено його показники, а також виявлено недоліки в роботі та запропоновано шляхи їх усунення. Для оцінки економічної ефективності запропонованих заходів виконані відповідні техніко-економічні розрахунки. Реалізація запропонованих у цій роботі заходів дозволить суттєво підвищити ефективність залізничних перевезень контейнерів у міжнародному сполученні та покращити позиції України як транзитної держави.
ENG: The master's thesis consists of an introduction, 5 chapters, conclusions and 4 appendices. The total volume of the text is 96 pages: the main text is 63 pages, the bibliography, which includes 97 names, is 10 pages, the appendices are 15 pages, the main text contains 22 figures, 19 tables. The work examines the problems of improving the logistics of railway transportation of containers in the connection between the Ukrainian Black Sea ports and the multimodal center on the border with the European Union. A number of measures were proposed to increase the efficiency of the transportation process: organization of transportation by container trains, organization of container train movement according to the schedule. Approbation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures was carried out for a real logistics chain of container deliveries between the Odesa container terminal and the multimodal center of Mostysk. The work provides a comprehensive analysis of the existing container delivery technology, defines its indicators, and also identifies shortcomings in the work and suggests ways to eliminate them. To assess the economic efficiency of the proposed measures, appropriate technical and economic calculations were performed. The implementation of the measures proposed in this work will significantly increase the efficiency of rail transportation of containers in international connections and improve the position of Ukraine as a transit state.
