Abstract
UKR: Війна та пандемія викликали значне скорочення обсягів перевезень на транспорті, що в
сукупності з інфляційними процесами значно зменшило доходи цієї галузі. При цьому
потреба в утриманні у належному стані всієї матеріально-технічної бази галузі,
збереженні низького рівня тарифів на соціально необхідні пасажирські перевезення
залишилась. Незважаючи на зростання капітальних вкладень, розміри наявних інвестицій
недостатні для задоволення потреб технічного переоснащення підприємств транспорту
України. На залізницях, наприклад, прогресує тенденція до збільшення фізичного зносу й
морального старіння основних засобів. Усе це в умовах жорсткої конкуренції призводить до
витіснення українських перевізників з міжнародних ринків транспортних послуг, знижує
якість обслуговування вітчизняних підприємств і населення, створює реальну загрозу
економічній безпеці держави.
Подальший розвиток підприємств транспорту України в умовах фінансової нестабільності
пов’язано з удосконаленням транспортної інфраструктури; оновленням основних засобів;
впровадженням новітніх технологій; наданням нових видів послуг і освоєнням нових
секторів транспортного ринку; збільшенням прибутковості перевезень вантажів і
пасажирів та інтегруванням до європейської транспортної системи.
ENG: In the context of socio-economic and integration processes, transport is becoming increasingly important. In the latter years, the transport of European countries is integrated into a single transport system in order to optimally serve the markets of the European Union. Necessary conditions are created for this and transport is organized corridors carrying the main flows of goods and passengers. The war, the pandemic caused a significant reduction in traffic transport, which in conjunction with inflation significantly reduced revenues in this industry. At the same time the need to maintain in good condition the entire material and technical base of the industry, maintaining a low level of tariffs for socially necessary passenger traffic remained. The situation was complicated by the lack of real financial support from the state, in particular, no funds were provided acquisition of fixed assets and compensation for transportation of privileged categories of citizens was not fully paid. Despite the growth of capital investment, the size of the available investments are insufficient to meet the needs of technical re-equipment of transport enterprises of Ukraine. On the railways, for example, the trend is progressing to increase physical depreciation and obsolescence of fixed assets. At the same time in Ukraine began to form market relations, to which transport companies were not quite ready. The transport industry has begun to feel the significant negative impact of environmental forces, which include the pandemic, war and the state of the economy. All this in conditions of fierce competition leads to the displacement of Ukrainian carriers from international markets for transport services, reduces the quality of service to domestic enterprises and population, poses a real threat to the economic security of the state. Assessment of trends and the environment of the transport industry allows us to say about its high potential At the same time, it should be noted about the decline in business activity of the transport industry. At the same time, it should be noted that the profitability of the transport industry is not characterized by stability, which indicates the presence of problems that have a destructive effect on the further development of transport enterprises. The development of transport enterprises in Ukraine in conditions of financial instability is associated with the improvement of transport infrastructure; renewal of fixed assets; introduction of the newest technologies and high-speed movement; provision of new types of services and development of new sectors of the transport market; increasing the profitability of freight and passenger traffic and integrating it into the European transport system.
