Abstract
UKR: Мета: Сучасні вимоги до систем охолодження напівпровідникової та комп'ютерної техніки безперервно зростають. Потрібні системи тепловідведення та холодильники з мінімальними розмірами та великою ефективністю, бажано плоскі, які не потребують суворої орієнтації у просторі. Теплофізичні характеристики існуючих теплообмінників обмежуються недостатнім рівнем теплопровідності матеріалів, що застосовуються. Одним із шляхів збільшення ефективної теплопровідності матеріалу є використання перенесення прихованої теплоти випаровування рідини, тобто використанням принципу роботи теплових труб.
ENG: Purpose. Modern requirements for semiconductor and computer cooling systems are constantly growing. Heat sink systems and refrigerators with minimal size and high efficiency are required, preferably flat ones that do not require a strict orientation in space. The thermophysical characteristics of existing heat exchangers are limited by the insufficient level of thermal conductivity of the materials used. One way to increase thermal conductivity of the material is the use of transfer of the latent heat of evaporation of the liquid, that is, the use of the principle of operation of heat pipes.
