| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У статті проаналізовано сутність терміна soft skills та його актуальність для навчального процесу сьогодення. Досліджено навички, що можуть входити до аналізованого загального поняття. Обґрунтовано актуальність опанування м’яких навичок серед студентів на заняттях з мовознавчих дисциплін рідної та іноземної мов. Наведено перелік практичних прикладів завдань для розвитку таких навичок серед студентів. Синтезовано роль і значення міжособистісної ефективності та комунікаційної компетентності в конкурентоспроможності організації. Визначено, що навички усного спілкування є надзвичайно важливими в навчальному процесі, й очікуваним від випускників університетів буде розвиток потрібних м’яких компетентностей для отримання конкурентної переваги на ринку праці. Інституційні опитування доводять, що ефективність міжособистісного спілкування сприяє підвищенню продуктивності робочої сили особи та загальної продуктивності організації. Крім того, це покращує можливості найму для випускників університетів, а також сприяє швидкому просуванню в організації. У статті наголошено на нагальній потребі формування навичок усного та письмового спілкування. Під терміном soft skills розуміємо комбінацію міжособистісних, соціальних навичок, навичок спілкування, критичного мислення, рис характеру, ставлення, атрибутів кар’єри та емоційного інтелекту. Їхня принципова відмінність від hard skills – у важкості вимірювання досягнень і результатів діяльності того, хто опановує такі навички. До м’яких навичок уналежнюємо здатність до плідної комунікації, колаборації, креативного та критичного мислення. Аналізовані навички опановують лише протягом здійснення певної практичної діяльності. Інтегральною навичкою, що вдосконалюється постійно, є здатність особи до комунікації. Її можливо розвинути в таких формах діяльності, як діалог, полілог, дискусія, презентація, доповідь тощо. Тісно пов’язана з комунікативною навичкою здатність особи до колаборації, тобто опрацювання певних масивів інформації колективно. Завдання, спрямовані на розвиток здатності до колаборації, розвивають такі навички, як тайм-менеджмент, уміння планувати власну діяльність тощо. Важливою м’якою навичкою сьогодення є критичне мислення як здатність аналізувати масиви інформації, вміти ставити потрібні для розуміння правдивості даних питання тощо. Чільною навичкою є також здатність до креативного мислення, тобто створення інформації, шляхів подолання криз замість їхнього відтворення. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article analyzes the gist of the term soft skills and its relevance for the educational process of today. It is researched what skills can be included in the analyzed general concept. The relevance of mastering soft skills among students in classes in linguistics of native and foreign languages is substantiated. A list of practical examples of tasks for the development of such skills among students is given. The role and significance of interpersonal efficiency and communication competence in the competitiveness of the organization are synthesized. Several studies have concluded that oral communication skills are extremely important in the educational process, and university graduates will be expected to develop the necessary soft competencies in order to gain a competitive advantage in the employment market. Institutional surveys show that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication helps to increase the productivity of the individual's workforce and the overall productivity of the organization. In addition, it improves employment opportunities for university graduates, as well as promotes rapid advancement in the organization. The article emphasizes the urgent need to develop oral and written communication skills. Note that the term soft skills means a combination of interpersonal, social skills, communication skills, critical thinking, character traits, attitudes, career attributes and emotional intelligence. Their fundamental difference from hard skills is the difficulty of measuring the achievements and results of those who master such skills. Soft skills include the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate, and think creatively and critically. The analyzed skills are mastered only during the implementation of certain practical activities. An integral skill that is constantly improving is a person's ability to communicate. It can be developed in such forms of activity as dialogue, polylogue, discussion, presentation, report, etc. Closely related to communication skills is a person's ability to collaborate, namely to process certain sets of information collectively. Tasks aimed at developing the ability to collaborate develop the same skills as time management, the ability to plan their own activities and more. An important soft skill of today is critical thinking as the ability to analyze arrays of information, be able to ask questions that are necessary to understand the veracity of data, and so on. The main skill is also the ability to think creatively, for example, to create information, ways to overcome crises instead of reproducing them. | en |
