dc.description.abstractUKR: Мета. Виконати дослідження управління бізнесом об'єднаних корпоративних структур (далі ОКС), коли стратегія заміщення товарів галузі на інші, так звані товари-субститути або товари-замінники, стає ефективною для отримання конкурентних переваг. Методика. Для досліджень використані метод вивчення та узагальнення відомостей, загальна теорія систем і системний аналіз. Результати. Визначено, що за період 2018-2021 рр. стратегія заміщення товарів у різних галузях ринку на інші, так звані товари-субститути або товари-замінники має принципові ознаки невизначеності. Запропонована схема потенційних джерел появи продуктів-замінників у галузі та схема моделі управління процесом реалізації конкурентної стратегії заміщення для ОКС з позитивними і негативними зворотними зв'язками. Наукова новизна. Вперше розроблено та визначено формалізовані вимоги до управління заданих показників реалізації конкурентної стратегії заміщення для ОКС за допомогою зворотних зв'язків. Практична значимість. Визначено основні формалізовані вимоги та заходи управління бізнесом об'єднаних корпоративних структур, коли стратегія заміщення товарів галузі стає головною.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractENG: Target. To carry out research on business management of integrated corporate structures (hereinafter ACS), when the strategy of replacing industry products with other, so-called substitute or substitute products, becomes effective for obtaining competitive advantages. Methodology. For research, the method of studying and generalizing information, general systems theory and systems analysis were used. Results. It was determined that for the period 2018-2021. The strategy of replacing goods in various sectors of the market with others, the so-called substitute goods or substitute goods has fundamental signs of uncertainty. The proposed scheme of potential sources for the emergence of substitute products in the region and the scheme of the model for managing the process of imp Scientific novelty. For the first time, formalized requirements for the management of specified indicators for the implementation of a competitive substitution strategy for ACS with the help of feedbacks were developed and determined. Practical significance. The main formalized requirements and measures of business management of the combined corporate structures, when the strategy of substitution of the industry's goods becomes the main one, have been determined. Lamenting a competitive substitution strategy for ACS with positive and negative feedbacks.en
