Abstract
UKR: Метою наукових досліджень у дипломної роботі є застосування бенчмаркінгу, даунсайзингу, аутсорсингу при реформуванні організаційної структури управління пасажирської компанії.
В дипломній роботі у першому розділі розглянуто сутність понять «бенчмаркінг», «даунзайзинг» та «аутсорсинг», зроблено аналіз науково-дослідних робіт щодо використання таких методів, як бенчмаркінг, даунсайзинг та аутсорсинг; визначена сфера застосування даних методів.
В другому розділі проаналізовано сучасний стан діяльності філії «Пасажирська компанія», проведено аналіз техніко-економічних показників роботи та аналіз організаційної структури компанії, досліджено проблеми пасажирських перевезень залізниці, досліджено передовий досвід залізничних пасажирських перевезень у країнах Євросоюзу.
В третьому розділі запропоновано удосконалити структуру управління пасажирської компанії за рахунок впровадження логістичного центру, який допоможе узгодити роботу різних видів транспорту та знизити невиробничі простої пасажирів, а також найбільш повно задовольнити потребу різних сегментів пасажиропотоку в основних, супутніх та додаткових послугах. Розраховано економічний ефект від впровадження послуги «гарячого харчування».
Впровадження усіх вище перерахованих методів зробить більш привабливими та комфортними пасажирські перевезення, надасть додатковий дохід та підвищить економічну ефективність роботи Укрзалізниці в цілому.

Thesis topic: "Application of benchmarking, downsizing, outsourcing in reforming the organizational structure of management" The main purpose of research in the thesis is the use of benchmarking, downsizing, outsourcing in reforming the organizational management structure of the passenger company. In the first part of the thesis the essence of the concepts of "benchmarking", "downsizing" and "outsourcing" have been considered, the analysis of research works on the use of such methods as benchmarking, downsizing and outsourcing has been made; the scope of these methods has also been defined. The second section analyzes the current state of the Passenger Company branch, analyzes the technical and economic performance of the company and analyzes the organizational structure of the company, examines the problems of rail passenger transport, explores the best practices of rail passenger transport in the EU. The third section proposes to improve the management structure of the passenger company through the introduction of a logistics center that will help coordinate the work of different modes of transport and reduce non-productive downtime of passengers, as well as most fully meet the needs of different segments of passenger traffic in basic, related and additional services. The economic effect of the introduction of the "hot food" service has been calculated. The implementation of all the above methods will make passenger transportation more attractive and comfortable, provide additional income and increase the economic efficiency of Ukrzaliznytsia as a whole.
