Item Development of Ontological Support of Constructive-Synthesizing Modeling of Information Systems(НВП ПП «Технологічний Центр», Харьків, 2017) Skalozub, Vladyslav V.; Ilman, Valeriy M.; Shynkarenko, Viktor I.ENG: The methodology of ontological support of the processes of constructive-product modeling (CPM) of structurally complex information technologies (CCIT) is developed. Ontology models of subject areas are formed and presented on the basis of a constructive structure containing primary classes of ontology instances, active binding operators of actions and performers, classes of comparative properties, subordination and evolutionary development. The universality of the model of the ontological constructive structure, the possibility of its development and customization on subject areas allows to improve the quality of the automated processes of creating.Item Energy-Efficient and Cost-Effective Methods of Driving Trains under the Conditions of Development of the Electricity Market(Dnipro National University of Railway Transport named after Academician V. Lazaryan, 2019) Pshynko, Alexander N.; Afanasov, Andriy M.; Kuznetsov, Valeriy; Skalozub, Vladyslav V.; Arpul, Serhii V.; Ivanov, Alexander P.ENG: Abstract. The article for the first time considers the possibilities for the organization of cost-effective rail transportation on electrified section in terms of the functioning of the Ukrainian balancing electricity market. It is formulated the complex task of choosing effective mechanisms of purchase and sale on the electricity market on the basis of contracts for the implementation of markets "for the day ahead", as well as for the appointment of parameters and tariffs of the intraday market. The authors presented the models and results of calculations of optimum modes of trains’ driving, which are calculated for various criteria of efficiency taking into account the cost of the consumed active and reactive electric energy. The technique of tariff formation for purchase of electricity on the balancing market was proposed.Item A Model of Transit Freight Distribution on a Railway Network(The Silesian University of Technology, Katowice, Poland, 2019) Kozachenko, Dmytro M.; Skalozub, Vladyslav V.; Gera, Bogdan V.; Hermaniuk, Yuliia M.; Korobiova, Ruslana G.; Gorbova, Aleksandra V.ENG: Summary. The peculiarity of the transit freight transportation by rail in international traffic is the fact that while performing transportation, the railway administrations are in competition among themselves. At the same time, the routes of cargo traffic volumes sig- nificantly depend on the conditions of transportation by railways of individual states. The mathematical model for the distribution of transit freight traffic volumes on the railway network, based on the methods of graph theory and game theory, was proposed in this ar- ticle. The developed model enables the evaluation of the possibilities of attracting transit freight traffic volumes by indi by changing the tariff value and transportation conditions.Item Models and Intellectual Technologies Used for Analysis and Process Management under Uncertainty(ACCESS Press Publishing house, 2022) Skalozub, Vladyslav V.; Horiachkin, Vadym M.; Klymenko, Ivan V.ENG: Objectives: Modern production activity of railway transport of Ukraine (RTU) is characterized by high the level of complexity of processes and a wide range of conditions of uncertainty. The article is devoted to the tasks of development of unified automated intelligent analysis and control technologies indeterminate RTU processes in case of uncertainty. Methods / Approach: To achieve the goal a new model of the concept of formation of automated intellectual technologies of RTU is offered, implementation of which is based on a modular platform of unified analytical services designed for effective solution of certain typical tasks (diagnosis, classification, forecasting, management, etc.). The concept as a system includes stages of research of properties of processes, theoretical and methodological basis and methods of modeling and automated control, scenarios and intelligent acceptance procedures decisions in case of uncertainty. Results: As examples of application of the concept to the formation of unified technologies RTU presented intelligent services for diagnosing processes with several categories of uncertainty, as well as analysis and forecasting the parameters of anti-resistance processes. The analysis procedures developed in the article differ using the scheme of fuzzy control method Takagi-Sugeno adapted for diagnostic tasks with the uncertainty of different types (statistical, fuzzy, etc.), which is provided by the use integrated indicator – the reliability index, as well as the formal capabilities of the individual accounting for the importance of controlled variables of the process model together for all rules of diagnosis, and for each rule separately. By aggregating the levels of time series of non-deterministic RTU processes developed and researched correct mathematical models and algorithms designed for unified procedures classification and research of properties of anti-persistent processes of railway transport. Conclusions: In order to develop unified intelligent automated technologies RTU developed a concept analysis and management of non-deterministic RTU processes in case of uncertainty based on the platform analytical services. In work at formation of the specified services of the automated intellectual The technology has developed advanced diagnostic procedures that use Takagi-Sugeno-type models for several categories of uncertainty, as well as methods for classifying anti-persistence processes, algorithms interpolation of levels within aggregation ranges, analysis models and short-term forecasting processes designed to develop the theoretical basis and means of improving automated systems RTU.Item Ontological Support Formation for Constructive-Synthesizing Modeling of Information Systems Development Processes(НВП ПП «Технологічний Центр», Харьків, 2018) Skalozub, Vladyslav V.; Ilman, Valeriy M.; Shynkarenko, Viktor I.ENG: The globalization of information systems (ISs) in the process of continuous operation and modernization creates new problems and reveals specific representations of IS tasks. Such a complex industry IS, requiring appropriate ontological support, is the unified automated system for managing freight traffic of Ukrzaliznytsia (ACS FT UZ-U). To develop the infrastructure information subsystems such as rolling stock and traction staff, traffic management, finance, personnel and a number of others, it is necessary to develop interconnected ontological support. Therefore, methods and means of ontological support of constructive-synthesizing modeling (OCSM) have been developed, designed to support the processes of multistage creation, a long period of operation and the continuous development of the ACS FT UZ-U. The results obtained are distinguished by universalism, as they provide opportunities for representing the evolution of the object (IS) and the content of ontologies in the OCSM. The formation of models and methods of the OCSM has been obtained by expanding relations and mappings as well as by creating new generating structures, complementing classes of signatures with new constructive relations. At the same time, the model of a unified, universal and customizable ontological constructive structure (OCS) has been developed. The OCS takes into account the requirements for representing the processes of expanding the subject area as well as unifying knowledge. For CSM problems, methods and means of modeling the conceptualization processes of developing objects have been created and constructive calculus has been devised for the generating class of mappings along with methods for constructing higher-order ontological objects. For the ontological support of the CSM processes in the context of expanding subject areas, the inference methods in the model of the OCSM constructive structure have been improved and procedures for meaningful, structural and related deducibility have been proposed together with multilevel inference methods. Examples have been given of the implementation of the currently existing procedures for creating new applications of the automated system ACS FT UZ-U using the proposed CSM tools. The examples demonstrate the adequacy of the developed models and means of the OCSM for the implementation of procedures for the development and maintenance of complex railway ACSs.
