Abstract
UK: Дослідженно питання щодо вдосконалення автоматизованого багатокритеріального управління процесами експлуатації парків електродвигунів залізничних стрілочних переводів. Моделі планування враховують невизначеності значень параметрів поточного стану електродвигунів та інфраструктури перевезень.
RU: Исследованы вопросы совершенствования автоматизированного многокритериального управления процессами эксплуатации парков электродвигателей железнодорожных стрелочных переводов. Модели планирования учитывают неопреленности значений параметров текущего состояния электродвигателей, а также и инфраструктуры перевозок.
EN: The improvement of the efficiency of railway operational processes, the reduction of operating costs are not possible without complex automation system development in the field of technical system park operation - ASPEM. The article is devoted to the construction of the improved multilevel model of ASPEM system which takes into account a target vector (efficiency, reliability and additional expenses for the system rrecovery) and different forms of ambiguity of information as to the technical conditions of devices and the conditions of transport system operation. The investigations have been carried out with the use of the procedures of monitoring and diagnostics of electric motors (EM) being under the influence of working loads. The ED park operation management is performed on the basis of individual intelligent models as well as Kohonen networks, built according to spectral characteristics of EM current. The improved model of fuzzy control of Takagi – Sugeno type which takes into account the conditions of nonhomogeneous ambiguity of data has been also applied in ASPEM. The results of the research ensure the possibility of automation and increase in efficiency of the processes of multictiterion economic-technological management of switch EM park operation under the conditions of nondetermination of ASPEM system paramrters.
