Abstract
UK: Досліджується питання вдосконалення методів оцінки фізичного зносу за рахунок урахування невизначеності в оцінках залишкового ресурсу та поточної вартості витрат на ремонт. Розроблено модель коефіцієнта придатності фізичного зносу, яка враховує відновлення працездатності і часткове відновлення ресурсу об'єкта оцінки за рахунок проведення ремонтів, а також імовірнісну природу залишкового і загального терміну корисного використання об'єкта оцінки.
RU: Исследуется вопрос совершенствования методов оценки физического износа за счет учета неопределенности в оценках остаточного ресурса и текущей стоимости затрат на ремонт. Разработана модель коэффициента годности физического износа, учитывающая восстановления работоспособности и частичное восстановление ресурса объекта оценки за счет проведения ремонтов, а также вероятностную природу остаточного и общего срока полезного использования объекта оценки.
EN: Development of method of determination of physical wear of the material objects that should be restored at the expense of repairs, on the basis of probabilistic modeling of life, as well as volume and cost of repairs. In the work are developed methodological approaches to determination of the coefficient of life of the object of valuation, which is being restored at the expense of repairs, including uncertainty regarding its residual and total resources, as well as the number and cost of future repairs. Translation of an object from the «repair» in the state «after maintenance» is achieved by expenditures on repairs. Therefore, the difference between the value of the object «after maintenance» and «repair» is equal to the present value of the costs of the proceeding. Residual replacement cost of the object of valuation at some point of time in the coordinate system of «time» is the «cost» is located on the segment that connects the dots «value at the end of last repair prior to the date of valuation» and «cost at the beginning of the next repair». However, the cost in time just before executing the next repair of less value after executing the repair on the amount of the present value of the cost of repairs. This allows you to develop models of cost and coefficient of life for every moment of the life cycle of the object of valuation. Indicators of these models concerning future events, are random variables, which stems from the uncertainty that is inherent in the future.
