Мілітарізація космосу як загроза національній безпеці країн: сучасні тенденції та виклики

Abstract

UK: Бойові дії в космічному просторі є невід’ємною частиною сучасної війни. У статті розглянуті проблеми мілітарізації космосу, а також вивчено джерела міжнародного космічного права, що можуть гарантувати національну безпеку всім країнам. Автором наголошено, що комплекси космічного базування важливі не тільки для військової сфери, а й для екології, сільського господарства, транспорту, зв’язку, наукових досліджень і банківської справи. Україна має величезний потенціал у космічній галузі, що напрацьовувався багатьма роками, але космічну галузь гальмує відсутність фінансування з боку держави. Україна може стикнутися із великою кількістю різноманітних загроз з боку інших держав, які використовуватимуть для агресії космічний простір. Потрібно негайно розробити систему заходів щдо протидії будь-якого впливу, що загрожуватиме національній безпеці нашої країни.

EN: The author emphasizes that combat in outer space is an integral part of modern warfare. The following countries already have space armies of varying power: America, China, Russia, Japan, France and Israel. Other countries are increasingly concerned about the new emergence of such armies, because they can disturb peace in the world. The author studied the problems of militarization of space, as well as studied the sources of international space law that can guarantee national security to all countries. The author stressed that space-based complexes are important not only for the military, but also for the environment, agriculture, transport, communications, research and banking. Ukraine has a huge potential in the space industry, which has been developed over many years, but the space industry is hampered by the lack of funding from the state. Ukraine may face a large number of different threats from other states that will use outer space for aggression. It is necessary to immediately develop a system of measures to counter any influence that threatens the national security of our country. Ukraine has approved several space development programs, but they provide large amounts of funding. The author proposes to train personnel in the space industry, intensively develop the space industry to avoid a catastrophic lag behind other countries, initiate the conclusion of international agreements in space to ensure the security of all countries with severe sanctions against countries trying to dominate space and show military aggression. The author considers space exploration as an integral part of the modern environment, but countries must have effective counterarguments against countries that have space armies, in case of violation of peace agreements and attempts to encroach on the integrity of any other, weaker countries in this context.
