Економічний розвиток промислових підприємств в умовах фінансової нестабільності: європейський досвід та українські реалії

Abstract

UK: Індустріалізація, як і раніше, залишається основним шляхом успішного економічного розвитку. Європейські країни усвідомивши цю просту істину вже на протязі багатьох років проводять активну політику підтримки інновацій у промисловому секторі. Амбіційні стратегічні плани розвитку промисловості країн ЄС вражають своїми масштабами. В свою чергу Україна, яка володіє величезним ресурсним потенціалом на протязі багатьох років не спромоглася знайти потрібні економічні рішення для забезпечення сталого розвитку. В статті проаналізовано основні вектори економічного розвитку європейських країн з метою визначення основних та пріоритетних шляхів вдосконалення реформ промислового сектору України. Досліджено причини кризових тенденцій української промисловості. Запропоновано чіткі кроки для підвищення конкурентоспроможності українських підприємств. Серед пріоритетних напрямків розвитку виділено рух до циркулярної економіки, екологічних інновацій, цифрової незалежності та енергетичної ефективності. Загрозами для промислового сектору України визначено критичне зниження попиту, втрата ринків збуту та розірвання традиційних ланцюгів постачання. Для реалізації подальших реформ у промисловому секторі запропоновано заходи в сфері законодавчих ініціатив.

EN: Industrialization remains the main path to successful economic development. European countries, realizing this simple truth, have been pursuing an active policy of supporting innovation in the industrial sector for many years. Ambitious strategic plans for the development of EU industry are impressive in their scale. In turn, Ukraine, which has a huge resource potential for many years, has failed to find the necessary economic solutions to ensure sustainable development. The article analyzes the main vectors of economic development of European countries in order to determine the main and priority ways to improve reforms in the industrial sector of Ukraine. The reasons of crisis tendencies of the Ukrainian industry are investigated. Clear steps have been proposed to increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises. Among the priority areas of development are the movement towards a circular economy, environmental innovation, digital independence and energy efficiency. Among the main risks for the industrial sector of Ukraine are critical decline in demand, loss of markets and the rupture of traditional supply chains. To implement further reforms in the industrial sector, measures in the field of legislative initiatives are proposed. The key tasks for the implementation of further reforms in the industrial sector have been identified : creating basic conditions for industrial development and providing enterprises with access to production resources and infrastructure; stimulating structural changes in industry, which requires the inclusion of the issue of implementation of the policy of "new industrialization" in Ukraine on the agenda of economic reforms and activation of the formation of a common production space of Ukraine. Further reforms are needed to implement further reforms in the industrial sector develop and approve a basic law in the field of industry regulation and industrial policy, accelerate reform and ensure a systematic review of the regulatory field, Initiate pilot projects to develop integrated solutions for industry involving the potential of the Ukrainian IT sector and to determine the support of formation and development in Ukraine of innovative clusters for the production of hightech science-intensive products as one of the priority areas.
