Abstract

UK: В работе исследуется проблема управления экономичной эффективностью банка. Управление экономической эффективностью является сложной задачей, особенно в условиях изменчивой рыночной среды, усиления конкуренции, снижения прибыльности банковского бизнеса и изменения требований клиентов к услугам банков в сторону инноваций и технологий. Цель работы – исследовать подходи к управлению экономической эффективностью банка. Объект исследования – экономическая эффективность деятельности банка. Предмет исследования – методические и практические аспекты управления экономической эффективностью банка. Методы исследования – анализа и сравнения, абстрагирования и синтеза и др. В работе рассматривается управление эффективностью АО «АКБ «КОНКОРД», в т.ч. в сравнении с другими банками Украины.

EN: The master's thesis explores the problem of management of economic efficiency of the bank. Managing economic efficiency is a difficult task, especially in a changing market environment, increasing competition, reducing the profitability of the banking business and changing customer requirements for bank services in the run of innovation and technology. The purpose of the study is to explore approaches to managing the economic efficiency of the bank. The object of research is the economic efficiency of the bank. The subject of research is methodological and practical aspects of managing the economic efficiency of the bank. Research methods are the method of analysis and comparison, abstraction and synthesis and others. The paper considers the efficiency management of the JSC "JSCB "CONCORD" in comparison with other banks of Ukraine.
