Abstract

UK: Завданням даної магістерської роботи є визначення раціональних періодів відновлення корпусної ізоляції ТЕД НБ-406. Метою роботи є вибір показника з найбільшою інформативністю про процес старіння корпусної ізоляції. Розробка програмного забезпечення визначення залишкового ресурсу ізоляції тягових електричних машин локомотивів з урахуванням початкової її якості та питомих витрат на відновлення. В першому розділі приведено огляд літературних джерел. В другому розділі пояснювальної записки пояснюються методи відновлення опору ізоляції обмоток ТЕД обґрунтовується актуальність обраної теми дослідження. В третьому розділі описуються методи контролю изоляції, засновані наявищі абсорбції зарядів, опис лабораторної установки і обектів дослідження. В четвертому розділі приведено розрахунки періодів напрацювання ізоляції до відновлення. В п’ятому розділі описані питання з електробезпеки при виконанні робіт з електричними системами та електрозахисними засобами. Результати проведеного дослідження можуть можуть бути застосовані для удосконалення систем автоматизації діагностики ТЕД локомотивів.

EN: The task of this master's thesis is to determine the rational periods of restoration of housing insulation TED NB-406. The purpose of the work is to choose the indicator with the most informative about the aging process of the housing insulation. Development of software for determining the residual insulation life of traction electric machines of locomotives, taking into account its initial quality and specific costs of restoration. The first section provides an overview of the literature. The second section of the explanatory note explains the methods of restoring the insulation resistance of the TED windings, substantiates the relevance of the chosen research topic. The third section describes the methods of insulation control, based on the presence of charge absorption, a description of the laboratory installation and research objects. The fourth section provides calculations of the periods of insulation operation before restoration. The fifth section describes electrical safety issues when working with electrical systems and electrical protective equipment. The results of this study can be used to improve the automation systems for the diagnosis of TED locomotives.
