Конфлікт цінностей в середовищі українських еліт (філософсько-світоглядний зріз проблеми)

Abstract

UK: У статті проведено аналіз неефективності українських еліт, їхньої нездатності адекватно від повідати на виклики часу, що стає особливо небезпечним для самозбереження української держави і нації в добу стрімких змін та особливо в ситуації збройного конфлікту Росії проти України. Концентрується увага на значенні «вищих» ціннісних настанов елітних шарів суспільства для конструктивної взаємодії і позитивного функціонування всього соціуму. Пропонована розвідка базується на плюралістичній моделі еліт, розробленій рядом вчених, зокрема Р. Ароном. У робо ті наголошується, що в українському науковому середовищі ще й сьогодні ведуться дискусії щодо визначення критеріїв віднесення певних груп чи осіб до української еліти. Проведено порівняльний аналіз щодо уявлень про еліти з погляду так званих «пересічних» українців і «класичного» розумін ня «кращих» у відомих і актуальних для нас працях Х. Ортеги-і Гассета. До аналізу поставленої проблеми залучаються тексти, що стосуються ціннісних характерис- тик українських еліт в історичній ретроспективі та філософсько-світоглядному вимірі проблеми, а також авторські розвідки. Розглядається співвіднесеність понять «зверхники» і «достойники», які є історично виробленими характеристиками для представників еліти саме в Україні. Проаналізовано чинники існування внутрішнього ціннісного конфлікту в середовищі українських еліт. Метою статті є спроба виявити джерела внутрішнього ціннісного конфлікту, який заважає українським елітам, а разом із ними і всьому суспільству, перетворитись на сучасну ефективну спіль ноту, наближену за показниками економічного, політичного, правового, зрештою, культурного рівня життя до розвинених країн Заходу. У висновках стверджується, що постколоніальним елітам, не орієнтованим на національну державу як найоптимальніший спосіб колективної ідентичності, а разом із тим і індивідуального виживання у сучасному складному мінливому світі, не впоратись із викликами доби. Отже, повин- на докорінно змінитися аксіологічна якість українських еліт, щоб вони змогли перебувати на рівні завдань теперішнього складного і швидко змінюваного світу.

EN: The article provides an analysis of the inefficiency of Ukrainian elites, their inability to adequately respond to the contemporary challenges, which have become recently especially dangerous for the selfpreservation of the Ukrainian state and national status in the processes of rapid changes aggravated by Putin’s aggression against Ukraine. The authors focus on the importance of “higher” values of the elite strata of the society for the constructive interaction and positive functioning of the society as the whole. This conception is based on the pluralistic model of the elites, developed by a number of scientists, including R. Aron. The paper emphasizes that in the contemporary Ukrainian scientific community there are discussions on determining the criteria for assigning certain groups or individuals to the elite status. The comparative analysis is carried out with the concepts of elites as for the so-called “ordinary” Ukrainians and the “classical” understanding of the “best” in the work of the world-famous philosopher J. Ortega y Gasset. The analysis is focused on the issue of the value characteristics of the Ukrainian elites in the historical retrospective and philosophical look, in general, and worldview dimensions of the problem, in particular. The article accentuates the correlation between the concepts of “superiors” and “dignitaries”, which are historically developed characteristics for the elite. In this context the existence of the internal value conflict among Ukrainian elites is pointed out. The purpose of this study is an attempt to identify the internal value conflict that hinders the Ukrainian elites, and with them, the whole community to become a modern effective community in terms of economic, political, legal, and ultimately cultural standard of living of the developed Western countries. The conclusions state that postcolonial elites, not focused on the nation-state as the best way of both the collective and individual survival in the contemporary complexity of the changing world, cannot cope with the challenges of the day. Thus, the quality of the Ukrainian elites must change radically so that they can stand at the level of the tasks of the current complicated and rapidly changing ’world picture’. A positive aspect of the current stage of Ukraine's development is the presence of values inherent in a developed civil society with its many voluntary organizations and the ability to national solidarity in the face of existential, including military, threats to the existence of the Ukrainian political nation. The authors believe that the Revolution of Dignity, ideologically and politically oriented towards the values of the European Union, has become an example of civic solidarity and evidence of society’s readiness to resist corruption and slide into authoritarian-paternalistic political constructions.
