Структурні складові соціально-економічного потенціалу регіону

Abstract

UK: Обґрунтовано відмінні особливості ресурсного потенціалу регіону, надано змістовну характеристику ресурсного потенціалу регіону. Досліджено структурні складові соціально-економічного потенціалу регіону. Запропоновано авторський погляд на структуру соціально-економічного потенціалу регіону, яка буде відповідати потребам регіону як окремої підсистеми держави в інституціональній системі національної економіки. Розроблено схему формування структурних складових потенціалу регіону держави в інституціональній системи національної економіки, яка є основою для подальшої деталізації та формування інституційних, економічних та управлінських засад відтворення ресурсного потенціалу.

RU: Обоснованы особенности ресурсного потенциала региона, предоставлено содержательную характеристику ресурсного потенциала региона. Исследованы структурные составляющие социально-экономического потенциала региона. Предложен авторский взгляд на структуру социально-экономического потенциала региона, которая будет отвечать потребностям региона как отдельной подсистемы государства в институциональной системе национальной экономики. Разработана схема формирования структурных составляющих потенциала региона государства в институциональной системы национальной экономики, которая является основой для дальнейшей детализации и формирования институциональных, экономических и управленческих основ воспроизводства ресурсного потенциала.

EN: The purpose of the article was to study the scientific thought about the structural components of the potential of the region, to develop their own view of the structure of the socio-economic potential of the region, which will have to meet the needs of the region as a separate subsystem of the state in the institutional system of the national economy. The resource potential is basic in the total volume of the region’s socio-economic potential, since its quality and quantitative characteristics determine the ability of the region to form competitive advantages, which will build the level of competitiveness of an individual region and the state in general. In this regard, various features of the resource potential of the region were substantiated. An informative description of the resource potential of the region as an economic category is presented. The distinctive features of the resource potential of the region are grounded, which allows for a more detailed understanding of its significance in social production. The structural components of the socio-economic potential of the region are investigated. An author’s view on the structure of the socio-economic potential of the region is proposed, which meets the needs of the region as a separate subsystem of the state in the institutional system of the national economy. A scheme has been develop for the formation of the structural component of the public sector in the institutional system of the national economy. This scheme forms the basis for the development and formation of institutional, economic and managerial principles for the development of resource cooperation in the region. The described components of the socio-economic potential of the region are the resource base of material and intangible origin, with the participation of which the realization of a set of potentials takes place that will meet the needs of the region and contribute to its development, which in turn will lead to attracting sufficien investment to the region.
