Probleme und Perspektiven der Modernen Gesellschaft im Zeitalter der Informatisierung des Bildungsbereichs (preprint)

Abstract

DE: Jeder weiß, dass unser Jahrhundert das Zeitalter der Information genannt wird, weil es von der vollständigen Informatisierung der modernen Gesellschaft begleitet wird. Unter Globalisierung verstehen die Autoren in diesem Artikel einen vielschichtigen und kontroversen Prozess, um das Gemeinsame in Weltsystemen zu stärken, und zwar: politisch, wirtschaftlich, sozial, rechtlich und schließlich pädagogisch. Trotz der vielen Vorteile dieses Prozesses machte er die menschliche Zivilisation in dieser Hinsicht ziemlich verletzlich. Das wichtigste Ergebnis der Bildung der Informationsgesellschaft war die Entstehung des sogenannten globalen Informationsraums, der unsere Gesellschaft zu einer offenen Struktur für äußere Einflüsse usw. machte. Die Autoren dieses Artikels versuchten, die Fragen zu beantworten, wie sich der Bildungsbereich in der Zeit der globalen Informatisierung der Gesellschaft entwickelt, um die Haupttrends dieser Informatisierung und ihre Perspektiven zu bestimmen.

EN: Annotation. Everyone knows that our century is called the era of information, since it is accompanied by the total informatization of modern society. The word “globalization” in this article for the authors mean a multifaceted and controversial process of increasing the common things in world systems, exactly: political, economic, social, legal and, finally, educational. Despite the many advantages, this process made human civilization rather vulnerable in this regard. The most important result of the formation of the information society was the emergence of the so-called global information space, which made our society an open structure for external influence, etc. The authors of this article tried to analyze how the educational sphere develops during the period of global informatization of society, to determine the main trends of this informatization and its prospects.

UK: Анотація. Всім відомо, що наше століття називають ерою інформації, оскільки вона супроводжується тотальною інформатизацією сучасного суспільства. Під глобалізацією в даній статті автори мають на увазі багатоплановий і суперечливий процес зростання загального в світових системах, а саме: політичної, економічної, соціальної, правової та, нарешті, освітньої. Незважаючи на багато переваг даного процесу, він зробив людську цивілізацію досить вразливою в цьому плані. Найважливішим результатом формування інформаційного суспільства стало виникнення так званого глобального інформаційного простору, яке зробило наше суспільство відкритою структурою для впливу ззовні і т.п. Автори даної статті спробували проаналізувати, яким чином розвивається сфера освіти в період глобальної інформатизації суспільства, визначити основні тенденції даної інформатизації та її перспективи.
