Дослідження причин виникнення пожеж на локомотивах

Abstract

UK: Робота спрямована на виявлення причин пожеж на локомотивах, на прикладі електровозу ВЛ-80к, та аналіз інших випадків пожеж. Наведені результати досліджень отриманих шляхом аналітичного та хімічного аналізу деталей електровозу, що стали первинними причинами займання трансформаторного масла на локомотиві та повного вигоряння його секції.

RU: Работа направлена на выявление причин пожаров на локомотивах, на примере электровоза ВЛ-80к и анализ других случаев пожаров. Приведенные результаты исследований полученных путем аналитического и химического анализа деталей электровоза, которые стали первичными причинами воспламенения трансформаторного масла на локомотиве и полного выгорания его секции.

EN: Purpose. The work is aimed at identifying the causes of the fire on the locomotive VL-80K and analysis of other fires. Method. Applied macrostructural, fractographic, analytical analyzes. Results. In this work, by analyzing the state of electric locomotive details, the primary causes of ignition of transformer oil and the complete burnout of the electric locomotive section were discovered. In the course of the research, it was discovered that at the same time, the destroyed contact clamps had a chemical composition that was not in accordance with the design and technical documentation. A similar fire may occur due to the weakening of the vibration of the locomotive power circuits. Scientific novelty. In the work the complex analytical and technical approach is used to identify the causes of the fire on the electric line VL-80K. The introduction of pre-ducting signaling factors for supernumerary heating of investigated and other relevant details and locomotive structures will prevent the occurrence of fires on locomotives and identify in a timely manner not only the mismatch of the chemical composition of the parts of the design documentation, but also to detect gaps in electrical circuits connections, which were formed either at the expense of the initial insufficient tightening, or the weakening of the connections during the vibration during the movement of locomotives.Practical significance. The proposed additional signaling will contribute not only to the collection of the locomotive fleet of Ukrzaliznytsia PJSC, but also to the rescue of locomotive brigades.
