Abstract
UK: У статті зазначено, що одним із ефективних шляхів забезпечення конкуренції українських підприємств сьогодні є використання зарубіжного досвіду розширення інтеграції промисловості з малими і середніми підприємствами. Промисловість як найважливіша структурна ланка господарського комплексу України сьогодні реалізує свій потенціал не повністю, значно відстає від можливих і необхідних масштабів співробітництва з підприємствами малого і середнього бізнесу як на внутрішньому, так і на зовнішньому ринках. Тому в статті здійснено стислий аналіз цієї проблеми й наведено основні напрями поширення інтеграції інституції малого і середнього підприємництва та промисловості.
RU: В статье указано, что одним из эффективных путей обеспечения конкуренции отечественных предприятий сегодня является использование зарубежного опыта расширения интеграции промышленности с малыми и средними предприятиями. Промышленность как важнейшее структурное звено хозяйственного комплекса Украины сейчас реализует свой потенциал не в полной мере, далеко отстаёт от возможных и необходимых масштабов сотрудничества с предприятиями малого и среднего бизнеса как на внутреннем, так и на внешнем рынках. Поэтому в статье осуществлен краткий анализ этой проблемы и приведены основные направления расширения интеграции институции малого и среднего предпринимательства и промышленности.
EN: One of the effective ways to ensure competition among domestic enterprises today is to use foreign experience in expanding industry integration with small and medium-sized enterprises. Nowadays, industry, as the most important structural link is not realizing its full potential in the economic complex of Ukraine, and is not even close to the possible and necessary scale of cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises both on the domestic and foreign markets. Therefore, the work is a short analysis of this problem and provides the main directions for expanding the integration of the institution of small and medium-sized enterprises and industry. The forms of integration of large, medium and small enterprises are not ideal model that replaces the old mechanisms of allocation of resources or past organizational forms. It is referred to the creation of new quality of market and organizational structures or to the qualitative transformation of these forms, if they existed before. There are subcontracting and outsourcing forms of integration of enterprises of different size in a productive sphere. A lot of companies are developing electronic trading platforms to integrate them with small and mediumsized businesses: for someone it is an opportunity to increase the number of customers or just a single way of working with budgetary and commercial organizations. At current platforms, the turnover of small and medium-sized enterprises grew from 3 million UAH up to 7–10 million UAH in a year. Whereas, foreign trading is an important indicator of economic dynamics for an open Ukrainian economy. Some of the enterprises, that is, exporters of small and medium-sized businesses accounts 31,6%, and part of the exported sold products in the total volume is – 12,4%. At the same time, on the indexes of part of SMEs exporters, Ukraine is inferior to all Central and Eastern European countries that are the members of the EU, and even to Turkey. Concluding the results of the research, there are main directions for expanding the integration of SMEs into the sphere of industrial activity of Ukrainian enterprises which will allow to increase the economic potential of the country’s national economy as a whole.
RU: В статье указано, что одним из эффективных путей обеспечения конкуренции отечественных предприятий сегодня является использование зарубежного опыта расширения интеграции промышленности с малыми и средними предприятиями. Промышленность как важнейшее структурное звено хозяйственного комплекса Украины сейчас реализует свой потенциал не в полной мере, далеко отстаёт от возможных и необходимых масштабов сотрудничества с предприятиями малого и среднего бизнеса как на внутреннем, так и на внешнем рынках.
