Abstract
ENG: This monograph presents the approaches and tools for green building, research results of assessment the potential of Europe for preservation and renovation of natural recourses to create the sustainable environment for life and industrial activity. New architectural, structmal and technological systems for construction low-rise buildings with using diffrerent materials have been considered and proposed. In the book, the technologies of energy efficient building design and construction are described. lt can be used as Urban Agenda for Regions' Sustainable Development. For researchers, university students, municipal administration, managers of business structures. This monograph was prepared with support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the framework of project "Scientific bases for creation of construction and agrarian clusters with a closed
