Abstract
UKR: В статті з’ясовано, що інноваційний розвиток промислових підприємств, особливо в сучасних економічних умовах, що супроводжуються жорсткою конкурентною боротьбою, є необхідним фактором успішного економічного розвитку не тільки підприємств, але і держави в цілому. В роботі охарактеризовано п’ять технологічних укладів, що дало змогу дійти висновку, що на сучасному етапі в розвинених країнах вже спостерігається трансформація економіки відповідно до шостого технологічного укладу, який складається з інформаційних та нанотехнологій, і практично одночасно закладаються основи наступного, сьомого технологічного укладу, заснованого на когнітивних технологіях. З’ясовано, що найважливішими мега технологіями сучасності є нанотехнології, біотехнології, інформаційні та когнітивні технології. Їх зв'язок прийнято позначати терміном «NBIC-конвергенція». В роботі визначені основні принципи когнітивного менеджменту. Визначені основні тенденції в області когнітивного управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства. В роботі з’ясовано, що активний інноваційний розвиток промислових підприємств безпосередньо залежить від прийняття вчасних ефективних управлінських рішень. Тому використання когнітивного менеджменту управлінцями промислових підприємств, які повинні орієнтуватися у технологічних, економічних, політичних, соціальних та інших векторних направленостях, є підґрунтям для впливу на сфери інтересів підприємств. У своїй діяльності управлінці промислових підприємств повинні використовувати технологію когнітивного аналізу та моделювання для формування стратегії інноваційного розвитку промислового підприємства. Побудовано узагальнену когнітивну карту управління інноваційним розвитком промислових підприємств, за допомогою побудови якої можна сформувати ефективні рішення, орієнтовані на стратегічне управління інноваційністю машинобудівних підприємств шляхом активізації інтелектуально-креативних процесів, і допомогти знайти бачення проблемної ситуації у вигляді формальної моделі.
ENG: The article clarifies that the innovative development of industrial enterprises, especially in modern economic conditions, accompanied by fierce competition, is a necessary factor for successful economic development not only of enterprises but also of the state as a whole. The paper describes five technological modes, which allowed us to conclude that at the present stage in developed countries there is already a transformation of the economy in accordance with the sixth technological mode, which consists of information and nanotechnology, and almost simultaneously lay the foundations of the next, seventh technological mode. The paper finds that the active innovative development of industrial enterprises directly depends on the timely and effective management decisions. Therefore, the use of cognitive management by managers of industrial enterprises, which should be oriented in technological, economic, political, social and other vector areas, is the basis for influencing the areas of interest of enterprises. In their activities, managers of industrial enterprises must use the technology of cognitive analysis and modeling to form a strategy for innovative development of industrial enterprises. The generalized cognitive map of management of innovative development of industrial enterprises is constructed. With the help of which it is possible to form effective solutions focused on strategic management of innovation of machine-building enterprises by activating intellectual and creative processes, and to help find a vision of the problem situation in the form of a formal model.
