Abstract: ENG: The extension concept of the high-speed network for Eastern European countries has been formulated the implementation of which will allow integrating the railways of Ukraine into a high-speed network of Europe. Based on the analysis of long-term tasks, the following issues are subject to the rationale: the implementation of speed (161-200 km/h) and high- speed (250-350 km/h) train traffic in Ukraine, transition to a new track, which in its parameters will ensure the implementation of high-speed train traffic, the use of rolling stock with the tilting of car bodies, constructing the uropean standard gauge.
