Удосконалення системи управління запасами на залізничному транспорті

Abstract

UKR: У дипломі досліджується проблема оцінювання та формулювання напрямів ефективного управління запасами як засобу підвищення конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту України. Проаналізовані ключові поняття та наукові роботи щодо поняття «запаси». Розглянуто сучасний стан Служби організації та проведення закупівель, проаналізовано структуру Плану закупівель матеріально-виробничих запасів та залишків виробничих запасів товаро-матеріальних цінностей по регіональній філії «Придніпровська залізниця». Застосовано методи ABC та XYZ-аналізу як засобів оптимізації управління запасами. Наведено напрями удосконалення управління системою закупівель Укрзалізниці.

ENG: The author analyzed the theoretical approaches to consider the evaluation and formulation of areas of effective inventory management as a means of increasing the competitiveness of railway transport in Ukraine. The first section analyzes the key concepts and research papers on the concept of «stocks». The second section considers the current state of the Procurement Organization and Procurement Service, analyzes the structure of the Plan of procurement of inventories and inventories of inventories of the regional branch of «Prydniprovska Railway». The third section uses the methods of ABC and XYZ-analysis as a means of optimizing inventory management. Areas for improving the management of the procurement system of JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia» are given.
