Управління оновленням локомотивного парку

Abstract

UKR: У дипломі досліджується проблема оцінювання структури управління локомотивного парку Укрзалізниці та розробка ефективних заходів його оновлення. Проаналізовані ключові поняття та наукові роботи щодо поняття поняття «управління», а також особливості управління на залізничному транспорті. Зроблено огляд інфраструктури локомотивного господарства. Надано техніко-економічну характеристику Департаменту локомотивного господарства та Дніпровського моторвагонного депо. Проаналізовано локомотиворемонтну та локомотивобудівну базу в Україні. Окреслено механізм оновлення основних фондів локомотивного депо, а саме: наведено обґрунтування вибору форми оновлення основних фондів локомотивного депо, визначено експлуатаційні витрати і собівартість ремонту локомотивів, проведено оцінку ефективності оновлення локомотивного парку. Запропоновано напрями оновлення локомотивного парку Укрзалізниці.

ENG: The author analyzed the management structure of the locomotive fleet of Ukrzaliznytsia and develop effective measures for its renewal. The first section analyzes the key concepts and scientific works on the concept of "management", as well as the features of management in railway transport. An overview of the infrastructure of the locomotive industry. The second section provides technical and economic characteristics of the Department of Locomotive Industry and the Dnieper Railway Depot. The locomotive repair and locomotive construction base in Ukraine are analyzed. In the third section the mechanism of renewal of fixed assets of locomotive depot is developed, namely: the substantiation of a choice of the form of renewal of fixed assets of locomotive depot is resulted, operating expenses and prime cost of repair of locomotives are defined, efficiency of renewal of locomotive park is estimated. The directions of renewal of the locomotive park of Ukrzaliznytsia are offered.
