Планування та прогнозування попиту на залізничні пасажирські перевезення

Abstract

Основною метою наукових досліджень є розробка щодо планування та прогнозування попиту на залізничні пасажирські перевезення. У першому розділі було проведено теоретичнi зaсaди плaнувaння попиту нa зaлiзничнi пaсaжирськi перевезення, розглянуто методи прогнозування попиту. Проведно аналіз особливостей прогнозувaння попиту нa пaсaжирськi перевезення. У другому розділі проаналізовано методи прогнозувaння тa плaнувaння попиту економiчних покaзникiв. Було наведено технiко економiчнi хaрaктеристики пaсaжирської компaнiї, та на їх основі проаналізовано пасажирські перевезення та структуру управління пасажирської компанії. Розроблено SWOT-aнaлiз пaсaжирської компaнiї, де виявили слабкі та сильні сторони пасажирської компанії. У третьому розділі розробили прогноз тa плaн пaсaжирських перевезень. The main purpose of research is to develop planning and forecasting the demand for rail passenger transport. In the first section the theoretical bases of demand planning for railway passenger transportations were carried out, the methods of demand forecasting were considered. The analysis of features of forecasting of demand for passenger transportations is carried out. The second section analyzes the methods of forecasting and planning the demand for economic indicators. The technical and economic characteristics of the passenger company were given, and on their basis the passenger transportation and the management structure of the passenger company were analyzed. A SWOT analysis of the passenger company was developed, which revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the passenger company. In the third section the forecast and the plan of passenger transportations were developed. Estimated population and transport mobility are calculated. The forecast of demand for railway passenger transport and the plan for railway transport were made. The obtained results will help to identify in practice the volume of demand for passenger rail transport in the coming years. Identifying demand is an important indicator that helps to identify accurate forecasts of economic stability and prospects for enterprise development. Improving the system of demand planning and forecasting is crucial for economic development, because knowledge of customer demand and the ability to manage it will more fully and timely meet consumer demand, rational use of financial and human resources, optimize costs, promote their efficient operation.
