Розробка технології забезпечення захисту банківської таємниці (на прикладі АТ «УНІВЕРСАЛ БАНК»)

Abstract

UK: В дисертації визначена банківська таємниця, розмежовані поняття «конфіденційність» і «таємниця»; банківська таємниця і комерційна, службова й професійна; «розкриття банківської таємниці» та «розголошення банківської таємниці». Запропоновані визначення суб’єктів права на банківську таємницю –власник банківської таємниці та її утримувач. На прикладі АТ «УНІВЕРСАЛ БАНК» показано механізм розкриття інформації, яка становить банківську таємницю, наведено його тлумачення. Проведено інтегральну оцінку рівня економічної безпеки АТ «УНІВЕРСАЛ БАНК» та з’ясовано наскільки ефективно існуючі засоби захисту здатні протистояти атакам на банківську таємницю.

EN: The dissertation essence gives a definition to the bank secrecy, distinguishes between the terms «confidentiality» and «secrecy»; bank and commercial secrecy, official and professional secrecy; «violation of the bank secrecy» and «publishing of the bank secrecy». The thesis suggests a definition of the bank secrecy legal entities, that is of designated bank authority and a prospective client. The example of JSC «UNIVERSAL BANK» shows the mechanism of disclosure of information that constitutes a bank secret, its interpretation is given. An integrated assessment of the level of economic security of JSC «UNIVERSAL BANK» was conducted and it was found out how effectively the existing means of protection are able to resist attacks on banking secrecy.
