Оптимізація обліку та аналізу запасів на прикладі ТОВ «СЕРВІС+»

Abstract

UK: У першому розділі роботи розглянуто теоретичні основи обліку виробничих запасів, а саме сутність запасів як облікової категорії, нормативно-правова база та літературні джерела з обліку виробничих запасів та види їх класифікація. Окрім цього, наведена техніко-економічна характеристика підприємства оптово-роздрібної торгівлі ТОВ «СЕРВІС+». У другому розділі досліджено організацію і методику бухгалтерського обліку виробничих запасів на підприємстві, розглянуто особливості первинного обліку та правила документообігу з обліку виробничих запасів. Крім того, відображено облік операцій з надходження запасів на підприємство в системі рахунків бухгалтерського обліку, а також досліджено особливості використання автоматизованої системи «1С:Бухгалтерія 8.1» для обліку й контролю запасів. У третьому розділі роботи проведено оцінку ефективності управління запасами та аналіз ефективності використання запасів, а також розглянуто контроль обігу запасів на підприємстві та запропоновано шляхи удосконалення обліку та контролю запасів на підприємстві оптово-роздрібної торгівлі ТОВ «СЕРВІС+».

EN: The first chapter of the qualifying paper covers are theoretical bases of inventory accounting, namely the essence of inventories as an accounting category, regulatory framework and literature sources on inventory accounting and types of their classification. In addition, the technical and economic characteristics of the enterprise of wholesale and retail trade LLC «SERVICE +» are given. The second chapter of the paper covers the organization and methodology of accounting for inventories at the enterprise, considers the features of primary accounting and the rules of document flow for inventory accounting. Moreover, reflects the accounting of operations on the receipt of inventories in the accounting system, and explores the features of automated system «1C: Accounting 8.1» for the account and control of stocks. The third chapter of the paper covers the effectiveness of inventory management and analysis of inventory efficiency, as well as controls the inventory turnover at the enterprise and suggests ways to improve the accounting and control of inventories at the enterprise of wholesale and retail trade LLC «SERVICE +».
