Трансформація економічної безпеки промислових підприємств в умовах фінансової нестабільності

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено та проаналізовано сучасні причини трансформації економічної безпеки промислових підприємств в умовах фінансової нестабільності. Визначено і проаналізовано основні зовнішні та внутрішні ризики та кризові явища, які мають вплив на економічну безпеку промислового підприємства. Розглянуто проблематику сучасних наукових поглядів та концепцій у сфері економічної безпеки. Логічно обґрунтовано важливе значення і необхідність впровадження систем забезпечення економічної безпеки промислових підприємств та визначено актуальним необхідність взаємної підтримки держави, бізнесу та наукової спільноти у цій сфері. На підставі проведеного аналізу наголошено на пріоритетності забезпечення стабільного функціонування промислових підприємств на мікрорівні, що забезпечить основи для росту макроекономіки. Визначено необхідним впровадження системи параметрів випереджального (прогнозного) оцінювання стану як зовнішнього, так і внутрішнього середовища підприємства. Аргументовано практична необхідність у створенні механізмів економічної безпеки промислових підприємств у нестабільних економічних умовах. Запропоновано створення симбіозу законодавчих ініціатив, практичних навиків та теоретичних знань в сфері досліджування питань економічної безпеки.

RU: В статье исследованы и проанализированы современные причины трансформации экономической безопасности промышленных предприятий в условиях финансовой нестабильности. Определены основные внешние и внутренние риски, кризисные явления, влияющие на экономическую безопасность промышленного предприятия. Изучена проблематика современных научных взглядов и концепций в сфере экономической безопасности. Доказана необходимость внедрения системы параметров опережающего (прогнозного) оценивания, включающая анализ как внешней, так и внутренней среды предприятия. Аргументировано необходимость создания механизма экономической безопасности промышленных предприятий в нестабильных экономических условиях. Предложено создание симбиоза законодательных инициатив, практических навыков и теоретических знаний в сфере исследования вопросов экономической безопасности.

EN: The article investigates and analyzes the current reasons for the transformation of economic security of industrial enterprises in conditions of financial instability. The main external and internal risks and crisis phenomena that affect the economic security of an industrial enterprise are identified and analyzed. The problems of modern scientific views and concepts in the field of economic security are considered. The importance and necessity of introduction of systems of maintenance of economic safety of the industrial enterprises are logically substantiated and the necessity of mutual support of the state, business and scientific community in this sphere is defined as actual. Based on the analysis, the priority is emphasized to ensure the stable functioning of industrial enterprises at the micro level, which will provide the basis for macroeconomic growth. It is determined necessary to introduce a system of parameters of advanced (forecast) assessment of the state of both external and internal environment of the enterprise. The practical necessity in creation of mechanisms of economic safety of the industrial enterprises in unstable economic conditions is argued. The creation of a symbiosis of legislative initiatives, practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the field of economic security research is proposed. This study is an attempt to understand the impact of current economic changes and challenges on scientific and theoretical views on the category of economic security. What is the meaning of this category in the new economic realities and what transformations in the algorithms of economic security must be implemented to achieve the desired results. it is justified that the management of industrial enterprises is obliged to monitor the forecasted situations in order to obtain additional data for their own assessment of the existing risks to the enterprise. an analysis of the process of ensuring the stable functioning of industrial enterprises at the micro level and their impact on macroeconomic indicators. Against the background of the lack of accurate and truthful data, companies can not only create a concept of economic security but also simply plan their activities for the next quarter. The category of economic security is transformed from strategic to tactical.
