The analysis of researches on these questions is carried out, the problem moments are allocated. An algorithm for integrating natural resources into the market environment has been developed, which provides for the natural resource to go through stages with a change in their positions and the formation of market asset features. Possibilities of incorporation of land resources into the market, the potential of business development, and formation of the market of natural resource assets are investigated. The parameters of capitalization of natural resources and the concentration ratio of financial and economic regulation are calculated. Ways to strengthen the potential for integration of natural resources into the market area of influence have been developed. The study showed that to incorporate a natural resource into the area of market influence, it needs to go through several stages, and each of them is characterized by changes in the properties of resources, their gradual interaction with market participants. Even though there is a rather low level of capitalization of natural resources (in particular for land - 12.0%, water - 10.8%), the coefficient of concentration of activity can identify some regions with good opportunities for incorporation. The regions of Ukraine are grouped by the coefficient of concentration of land use activity and four groups of regions with coefficients are calculated: the highest priority by the activity of regulation, high level of concentration, medium and low. Стаття присвячена вивченню механізмів використання психологічних засобів і протистояння агресивним намірам Росії. Методика. У процесі досліджень використано загальнонаукові методи: порівняльний аналіз і логічне узагальнення. Результати. У статті запропоновано організацію попереджувальних заходів на основі використання гуманітарного інструментарію. Виявлено причини безвідповідального вторгнення агресора в суверенне суспільство та мотиви державної агресивності росіян. Визначено у цих процесах місце і роль мовного контенту. Росіяни, у результаті використання фейкового інформування населення, створюють передумови до, нібито, протестних настроїв людей та нагло ідуть «визволяти російськомовних», здійснюють анексію української території і т.д. Названо недосконалості ідеології, що там панує... Наукова новизна полягає у висвітленні окремих розбіжностей у поглядах на російську монолітність. Окремі зарубіжні (здебільшого російські) політологи стверджують, що там народ масово підтримує свого правителя – президента, в силу численних соціальних і політичних, інформаційних чинників. Це відбувається, навіть, при тому, що він та його оточення безоглядно не лише «фейкують», а й безоглядно грабують народні ресурси і безсоромно вивозять награбоване за кордон, нагло лякаючи ним (закордоном) пограбованих…і вони вірять йому…бо у росіян нібито така ментальність. Хто не вірить, йому «пришивають ярлик» запроданця і так триває століттями. Вони, у принципі, патріоти і, навіть, у «ярмі вірності вождеві» завжди почуваються «щасливішими», ніж всі європейці разом узяті…Практична значимість полягає у реалізації певних заходів державою для попередження широкомасштабної агресії росіян, активізації державотворчих процесів в Україні. Виявлено, що багато українців уподобляються росіянам. Колись, комуністичними ідеологами стверджувалося, що ми браття, і суспільство повірило цьому, і теж, як засвідчує громадська думка, громадяни отримали право… першими гинути за… своїх гнобителів. Встановлено, що хто сіє зневіру в душах українців, хто позбавляє їх надії та оптимізму і чому ми це комусь дозволяємо. Висвітлено погляди на ці проблеми людей, які неупереджено оцінюють агресію росіян в Україні.; EN: Goal. The article is devoted to the study of the mechanisms of the use of psychological means and opposition to Russia's aggressive intentions. Method. In the process of research general scientific methods were used: comparative analysis and logical generalization. Results. The article proposes the organization of preventive measures based on the use of humanitarian tools. The reasons for the irresponsible invasion of the aggressor into the sovereign society and the motives of the state aggression of the Russians are revealed. The place and role of language content in these processes are determined. The Russians, as a result of the use of fake informing the population, create preconditions for the alleged protest mood of the people and brazenly go to "liberate Russian-speakers", carry out the annexation of Ukrainian territory, etc. The imperfections of the ideology that prevails there are named. The scientific novelty lies in the elucidation of certain differences in views on the Russian monolith. Some foreign (mostly Russian) political scientists claim that the people there massively support their ruler - the president, due to numerous social and political, informational factors. This happens even though he and his entourage recklessly not only "fake" but also ruthlessly plunder people's resources and shamelessly take the loot abroad, brazenly intimidating them (abroad) robbed and they believe him because the Russians allegedly such a mentality. Who does not believe, he "sewn a label" traitor and so it goes on for centuries. They are, in principle, patriots and, even in the "yoke of allegiance to the leader", always feel "happier" than all Europeans combined. The practical significance lies in the implementation of certain measures by the state to prevent large-scale Russian aggression, intensification of state-building processes in Ukraine. It was found that many Ukrainians resemble Russians. Communist ideologues once claimed that we were brothers and society believed in this, and also, according to public opinion, citizens were the first to die for their oppressors. It has been established that who sows despair in the souls of Ukrainians, who deprives them of hope and optimism, and why we allow someone to do so. The work is devoted to the analysis of the impact of wages on the unemployment rate in the context of social responsibility of employers and the specification of measures to reduce unemployment. Methods. To solve this scientific problem used: structural method; comparative analysis of empirical data; abstract-logical generalization. Results. The paper analyzes the impact of wages on unemployment in the context of social responsibility of employers. Based on the analysis, reserves for reducing unemployment and improving social living standards by raising the level of wages have been identified. The priority directions of its transformation into an effective tool of socio-economic development of the industrial region are indicated. Scientific novelty. In the process of analyzing the impact of wages on the unemployment rate in the context of social responsibility of employers, conclusions and proposals are made under the prism of the specifics of the Dnipropetrovsk region as an industrial region. Метою роботи є огляд та порівняння основних показники ефективності діяльності банків, визначення факторів, що на них впливають, виявлення ключових факторів ефективності найбільших за рівнем рентабельності активів банків України, визначення ролі управління витратами в управлінні ефективністю діяльності банку, а також надання практичних рекомендацій з управління та оптимізації витрат банку. Методика. Ефективність в загальному розумінні визначається як співвідношення результату до витрат на його отримання. Тому в роботі була проаналізована структура доходів та витрат банківської системи України за період з 2008 р. по жовтень 2020 р. Також для визначення впливу доходів чи витрат на ефективність діяльності банку були розраховані показники прибутковості та інші фінансові коефіцієнти сорока п’яти найбільших за розміром активів банків України. Виходячи з отриманих результатів, був проведений аналіз впливу окремих факторів на ефективність діяльності обраних банків. Результати. В роботі визначені тенденції зміни структури доходів та витрат банківської системи України, розраховані та проаналізовані два показника ефективності ROA та CIR за даними діяльності сорока п’яти банків України за 2019 рік, визначені ключові фактори ефективності та зазначений основний спосіб підвищення ефективності діяльності банку на даному етапі розвитку банківської системи України. Також в роботі запропоновані рекомендації з побудови витратного менеджменту для підвищення ефективності діяльності банку. Вказані результати мають практичне значення для використання в діяльності банків.; EN: The purpose. The aim of the work is to review and compare the main performance indicators of banks, determine the factors that affect them, identify key efficiency factors of the largest banks in Ukraine in terms of return on assets, determine the role of cost management in managing the performance of a bank. Presentation of practical recommendations for the management and optimization of bank expenses. Methodology. Efficiency in the general sense is defined as the ratio of the result to the cost of obtaining it. Therefore, the work analyzed the structure of income and expenses of the banking system of Ukraine for the period from 2008. to October 2020. Also, to determine the impact of income or expenses on the efficiency of the bank, profitability ratios and other financial ratios were calculated for the forty-five largest banks in terms of assets in Ukraine. Based on the results obtained, the analysis of the influence of individual factors on the efficiency of the selected banks was carried out. The results. Results. The paper identifies trends in the structure of income and expenses of the banking system of Ukraine, calculates and analyzes two indicators of ROA and CIR efficiency based on the activity data of forty-five Ukrainian banks in 2019, identifies key efficiency factors and indicates the main way to improve the efficiency of a bank at this stage of development of the banking system Ukraine. The article proposes recommendations for the construction of expense management, which will increase the efficiency of the bank.
