To increase the cargo transit volume, it is necessary to attract carriers by simplifying customs clearance formalities and offering additional logistics services. The paper considers the possibility of using a logistics chain providing customs and logistics services to the customer at cargo customs complexes in order to consolidate all necessary operations related to the export of goods in the country of origin to the maximum extent. The aim of the work is to study the options for organizing the transportation of goods by road. The object of research is the process of transportation of products by road. The subject of the research is the relationship between the performance of vehicles in the transportation of goods.

The subject is the relationship between the parameters of the scheme of delivery of goods by road with transport costs and risks. The purpose of this work is to increase the efficiency of international road transport of oversized cargo by optimizing the scheme of transportation taking into account the risks. The analysis of publications, statistical data and normative documents on the organization of oversized cargo transportation is determined, the choice of rolling stock and transportation route is made, the estimation of transport costs on transportation routes is carried out taking into account risks.

The object of the thesis is the process of transportation of small consignments in international traffic. The subject of the thesis is the relationship of costs with the parameters of the transportation scheme and the level of risk. The purpose of this work is to minimize the costs of cargo owners by improving the scheme of transportation of small consignments in international traffic, taking into account the risks. The analysis of publications, statistical data and regulations in the field of organization of international delivery of small consignments is performed, alternative delivery schemes are developed, duration and cost of transportation are determined, risks of cargo delay are estimated.
